Springfield College student Matt Levine returned to his family home in Nanuet, New York after a short stay on South Padre Island, Texas to have his father turn him away for fear of spreading coronavirus.
“I spoke with him every day and told him that maybe they should come home,” said father Peter Levine in an interview with The New York Post. “I was aggravated. The news here was getting worse and worse. Matt sent me pictures of him and his friends congregating outdoors and listening to live music. It’s the scene you would not want to be in.”
Peter told the Post that his elderly parents live with them and that he warned that they are high risk.
“God knows what he had been exposed to,” Peter said, according to the news outlet.
After a series of cancellations, Matt was able to fly back home. When he and his friends arrived, Peter had already thought ahead and stored groceries and $300 in cash in the trunk of Matt’s car, the Post reported.
“I love my son, but they were not sleeping here,” Peter said in the interview with the Post.
Although they were tired after traveling across the country, Peter wouldn’t even let them in for a toilet break and told them they could use the bushes in the garden, according to the news outlet.
Springfield College has canceled all of its face to face classes, reverting instead to online learning as most universities have across the country.
Matt and his friends have returned to Springfield to stay at their off-campus accommodation while they wait out the quarantine, the Post reported.
The lease on the house ends in June and neither Matt or his cohorts are wanted back by their families due to the pandemic, according to the Post.
Why does EVERY article have only ONE group of people questioned for commentary?
My God, you’d think they were the only people on planet earth.
According to THEM that apparently is the case.
Family turning away family. NWO wet-dream.
