Text of a Letter from the President to the Congress of the United States – Issued on December 21, 2017

TO THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES: 

Pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, as amended (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), I hereby report that I have issued the enclosed Executive Order (the “order”) declaring a national emergency with respect to the unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States posed by serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world. In addition to taking action under IEEPA, the order implements the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Public Law 114-328) (the “Act”) and delegates certain of its authorities.

The order blocks the property and interests in property of persons listed in the Annex to the order. It also blocks the property and interests in property of any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:

(1) to be responsible for or complicit in, or to have directly or indirectly engaged in, serious human rights abuse;

(2) to be a current or former government official, or a person acting for or on behalf of such an official, who is responsible for or complicit in, or has directly or indirectly engaged in:

(a) corruption, including the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal gain, corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources, or bribery; or

(b) the transfer or the facilitation of the transfer of the proceeds of corruption;

(3) to be or have been a leader or official of:

(a) an entity, including any government entity, that has engaged in, or whose members have engaged in, any of the activities described in (1), (2)(a), or (2)(b) above relating to the leader’s or official’s tenure; or

(b) an entity whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to the order as a result of activities related to the leader’s or the official’s tenure; or

(4) to have attempted to engage in any of the activities described in (1), (2)(a), or (2)(b) above.

The order also blocks any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:

(5) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of:

(a) any activity described in (1), (2)(a), or (2)(b) above that is conducted by a foreign person;

(b) any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to the order; or

(c) any entity described in (3)(a) above where the activity is conducted by a foreign person;

(6) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to the order; or

(7) to have attempted to engage in any of the activities described in (5) or (6) above.

In addition, the order suspends entry into the United States of any alien listed in the Annex or determined to meet one or more of the criteria above.

I have delegated to the Secretary of the Treasury the authority, in consultation with the Secretary of State, to take such actions, including adopting rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to the President by IEEPA and the Act, as may be necessary to implement the order and relevant provisions of the Act.   1. This was posted last week and I too am wondering what it means in laymans terms. I left my opinion on the one that was posted last week.

    Maybe Henry will help us comprehend the meaning?

    2. I would think it is so the jews can seize international assets of Iran, Syria, and North Korea, and possibly Lebanon and Jordan when the time comes to eliminate them.

  2. “The Annex to the order” will give a list of names of people whose “property is blocked”, which I believe means that it can’t be transferred. It may also mean that their property is being confiscated.

    The reasons for this block are so widespread that almost any foreign investor may have his property “blocked”.

    I’m no lawyer, but it sounds to me like Trump is getting ready to seize (or re-claim) a lot of foreign-owned property in the United States.

      Ok, the interpretation came clearly and quietly upon further consideration.

      I, DJT have just declared war on every nation member of the U.N. that opposed my declaration of putting the capital of Israel on Palestinian Land. Also, I have brought the wrath of nearly the entire earth upon the uStates due to this executive order. Many of you nations that opposed my/Israels decision to occupy more fully a sovereign people and its nation have business assets in these uStates, and from this day forward, they are now property of the United States. I know all nations opposed to my Israel declaration have committed at least one human rights violation because govt. in general is an oppressor, this is simply the nature of things. I, DJT realize I’ve painted with a very broad brush because I had to let you know I mean business or my masters in Israel will not be satisfied and it is my duty as puppet in chief to obey orders.
      If you repent of your opposing my Israeli directive and get on board, I’ll be lenient, and only keep a portion of your assets. You know how I hate to be embarrassed in front of the whole world.
      Oh, and Americans, watch your back, because I’ve really stirred up the hornets nest. Most nations already hate this country, but I have now set them against you fully. Your Puppet in Chief, DJT.

He’s clearing the ground for seizing the assets of dual nationalists including foriegn property all of who will become targets for wealth confiscation in his second term, when he won’t need their help in staying in power. He is like Crassus, rich and vindictive. He’s in the business of promise keeping and making America what it is supposed to be, not the septic tank of the Americas as the jews have made Sweden in Europe. It’s going to be fun watching and hearing the howls of outrage..

  6. Well, if MBS can do it (only to his kin, eh?)….but I think Katie is right about this having to do with foreign or other assets of those who opposed his Jerusalem gig a few weeks ago. But it could be more than that–it turns out his son and law as well as daughter Ivanka (a recent Jewish convert) are members of the Chabad Lubavitch cult (the most Talmudic form of Judaism), and maybe Trump (a crypto-Jew?) is as well–which could explain why he exonerated that Chabad rabbi guy who ran that Agriprocessor meat plant. Maybe Trump is setting up a Noahide type meme where all gentiles get their wealth confiscated. That way, we can more easily be enslaved to the master race, Talmudic Jews.
