DHS, the FBI and Intrado Communications are giving our homes threat assessments

Intrado Communications is the company behind assigning every home a threat rating and it’s run by two former deputies, the FBI and DHS.

“George Heinrichs and Stephen Meer spent 35 years building Intrado Inc. into one of the largest public-safety companies providing 911 services.”

“They brought on partners who have experience in areas of public safety and technology who they met while running Intrado – from their time as entrepreneurs and sheriff’s deputies when they launched 911-services company SCC Communications Corp. in 1979, later raising venture funding, changing its name to Intrado, going public on the Nasdaq exchange and being acquired by a larger public company for approximately one-half billion dollars.”

Intrado’s co-founders, (two former cops) were inducted into the Business Hall of Fame for creating a national home threat assessment program!

“Heinrichs and Meer were inducted into the Boulder County Business Hall of Fame in 2006. They are serving as PSV’s managing partners and have brought on operating partner Terry Gold, founder of Gold Systems, a communications and speech recognition software company in Boulder; general partner Jim Davis, a former FBI agent…”

Did you catch that? Intrado also has FBI agents helping them create a national home threat assessment program.

Fyi, Intrado made $72 million from (DHS) government contracts from 2000-2016. Intrado is now a subsidiary of West Corporation who’s made over $278 million from (DHS) government contracts.

What is Smart911?

“With Smart911, citizens enter personal information online, which is then automatically available to a 911 call taker. The additional data provided is far more extensive than what is typically available to a 911 telecommunicator, and can include information about health, disabilities, family members or pets, and a home address affiliated with a cell phone number.”

Intrado is using clever word play to convince Americans to give police their family photos.

Soon cops everywhere will be asking Americans to provide them with “SAFETY PROFILES“!

Smart911 is much worse than giving police your ‘safety profiles’.

Smart911 is really about police showing up in force, when responding to anyone or anything the government deems a threat.

DHS is paying West Corp., (Intrado) $4.2 million to provide them with radios and microphones.

“The order is for KNG series portable radio accessories, including batteries and microphones.”

Why is DHS buying microphones, if they’re not being used to spy on Americans?

West Corp., went out of their way to expand their relationship with DHS.

This is an agency with communications requirements 24 hours a day.  Our team is committed to support that mission as seamlessly and effectively as possible.  We look forward to working with DHS for many years to come” RELM President and Chief Executive Officer David Storey said.

West Corp., even uses “Homeland” and a Norse mythological reference to Thor to sell its portable communications and command centers to police. It’s called the Tactical Homeland Operational Response (THOR) Shield.

The THOR Shield includes a two-story, 80-foot-long mobile spying vehicle(s) that “offers public safety, homeland security and other agencies full-scale, rapid response capabilities.”

“THOR Shield is a mobile communications and command center service intended for use in planned or unplanned public safety events.”

What they’re really saying is, police can use THOR to spy on demonstrations.

“Serving a multitude of scenarios, THOR has supported local emergency communications for large-scale events such as the Super Bowl, the Martin Luther King 50th Anniversary celebration in Washington, D.C., open air concerts in diverse locations, and many systems’ deployments and upgrades.”

A statement by Intrado’s founder reveals what’s really happening.

“After 35 years we like to think we understand the culture of public safety. We have developed a network, We know people and we can make connections” Heinrich said.

In other words Intrado has strong connections with the FBI, DHS and “the culture of public safety” otherwise known as law enforcement.

Intrado is one of 67 corporations spying on Americans communications for DHS.

DHS’s National Coordinating Center for Communications (NCC) continuously monitors national and international incidents and events that may impact emergency communications.

According to DHS, ” It was the private sector that first recommended the establishment of a centralized government-industry coordination center.  Today, 24 federal government agencies and over 50 private sector communications and information technology companies routinely share critical communications information…”

Let that sink in for a moment, Sixty-Seven American companies allegedly asked DHS to create a National Communications Spy Center!

Where does the Police State stop? How long before Americans are arrested for crimes they haven’t committed yet?

1. Are you afraid that the government is plotting to confiscate your firearms?
2. Do you believe the economy is about to collapse and the government will soon declare martial law?
3. Do you display an unusual number of political and/or ideological bumper stickers on your car?

Cops around the country are training their officers to recognize signs of anti-government extremism and to exercise caution during routine traffic stops, etc.
