Ria Novosti MOSCOW, January 10 (RIA Novosti) – The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is sending dozens of its personnel to Russia to help secure the upcoming Winter Olympics in Sochi from possible terror attacks, its director told reporters.
FBI director James Comey said about two dozen agents and other personnel will be sent to Moscow and more than a dozen others will be based in the Black Sea resort that is hosting the Winter Olympics from February 7 to 23. Some of them are already there, he told the Wall Street Journal.
“Securing any Olympics is an enormous task,” the Washington Post quoted Comey as saying. “I think it’s particularly challenging in Sochi because of its proximity to areas of unrest and sources of a terrorist threat.”
Comey said although his agency is willing to help Russia, security at the Games is ultimately Moscow’s responsibility. He also expressed confidence that Russia will keep the Games safe.
“I think the Russian government understands the threat and is devoting the resources to address it,” Comey told Reuters.
Russia launched the largest security operation in Olympic history this week in a bid to prevent terrorism, particularly from the neighboring North Caucasus, a region plagued by an Islamist insurgency.
Security was tightened for Sochi after two suicide bombers killed 34 people and injured more than 100 late last month in attacks on Volgograd’s main train station and on a trolleybus. The city is 630 kilometers (400 miles) from Sochi.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attacks in Volgograd, but the Russian security services believe they were the work of Islamic militants from the North Caucasus region.
Our tax dollars hard at work once again!!! I say boycott and turn off that damned tv every time there is any thing on that supports the olympics. There are way more important things than the olympics.

This is complete and utter nonsense.
The FBI sould NOT be there, providing ANY kind of assistance, especially with, “local law enforcment” or “counter-terrorism”,… period!
Even with the FBI just recently changing their mission statement from “Law Enforcement”,.. to “National Security”,… they are still a 100% DOMESTIC agency!,… meaning their jurisdication and extent of interest lay within the boundaries of the US,.. ONLY!,.. period,.. bar none!!!
Any international concerns are suppose to be the domain of the State Dept, Dep’t Of State, CIA, etc.
Q: So why is the FBI in Russian Territory,.. doing the Russians internal intellegence and security work???
A: They are not. They are there because the FBI specializes in creating domestic Black-Flag Ops, and are in Sochi right now since the CIA and Saudi Intellegence Services (and Israel and probably British Intellegence) just screwed the pooch when those three of four bomb-laden “suicide” car bombs did NOT go off,… and all persons found inside were already dead in their vehicles,… that failed to explode!!!
The FBI is there to ensure the next set or series of “terrorist” acts actually works!!!
Note: The forth car exploded as the Russian security approached it,.. but the other three were safely defused before they blew up,.. and all the “suicide” bombers that were supposedly their to detonate the car bombs,… were ALREADY dead by shotgun wounds!
Q: Why Shotgun wounds?
A: Because the tissue damage looks similar to identical to what would happen by the bomb blast itself,.. so nobody would question if they were put in the cars already dead (as found),.. or were the “terrorists” that set-off the car bombs in their zeal for their “terrorist” cause!!!
This was a complete set-up by the Global Criminal Cartel, composed of the CIA, Mossad, MI6, Saudi’s, etc, as they seek retribution on Russia and to make Putin look bad (can’t protect his own land/peoples) for his interference in stopping the Western Central Banks from invading, and taking control of Syria,.. and then Iran!!!
NOW!,…. now my fellow Americans,.. here is the rub,…. now,.. Putin knows exactly what they were trying to do,.. he already knows who is behind it and why (when they (Russian Investigators) did their forensics of the 3 unexploded vehicles,… they got ALL evidence they needed to figure who built these failed explosive devices,.. along with the pre-dead “terrorists”).
The real questions is,… what is Putin going to do in response as he can NOT allow it to go unaswered.
What will be the blow-back from this??

Hey J.D., maybe Putin will arrest all the “fags” on the U.S. Olympic Team.. I cannot believe Putin would allow the FBI to assist unless the NWO is already calling the shots. Something just doesn’t add up here. I expect some “fireworks” before and/or during the games.

I guess it’s no different than Bush Jr. sending “National Guard” troops to Iraq. Hmm…”National Guard” means “National” or “within our country”, otherwise they would be called “International Guard”. So why were they sent over there?
I remember because my friend was one of those National Guardsmen who got sent over to Iraq and I asked him that same question and he just shook his head and said, “I don’t know. I’m just as confused as you are.”

Hmm….FBI is National. Olympics is International AND in another country, which in this case is our arch enemy, Russia. Hmm…no one sees this as a jurisdiction problem at all? Not even an invasion of another country? Typical.
