A federal judge is denying a request by former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly to seal his past sexual harassment settlements in a defamation case against him.

The New York judge denied the motion Tuesday, citing he failed to prevent compelling factors that would overrule public access to the documents.

The ruling will expose the details of the $32 million settlement offer O’Reilly made to three women who accused him of sexual harassment.

The women filed a defamation lawsuit against the former Fox News host, claiming he smeared their characters by calling them liars and extortionists.

O’Reilly has repeatedly denied the sexual misconduct allegations.
