Ferguson Case to be Reopened Over False Evidence?

Published on Dec 22, 2014 by TheLipTV

Ferguson prosecutor Bob McCulloch admitted to presenting false evidence to the grand jury allowing an eyewitness testimony from a woman who wasn’t present at the time of Officer Darren Wilson’s shooting of unarmed teen Michael Brown. The woman, Sandra McElroy’s, testimony essentially backed up Wilson’s claim that he killed Brown in self-defense. However, The Smoking Gun investigated and found that McElroy had a history of mental instability and racist behavior. Did McCulloch manipulate the grand jury to make sure Officer Wilson didn’t get indicted? We take a look at whether the Ferguson case will be re-opened, in this Lip News clip with Jackie Koppell.
