Is the Texas Militia Headed to the Border?

I came across this article from a Tea Party website this morning. It is about time, if it is true, that the states or We the people secure the border instead of waiting for Washington DC to act. So far, I hear nothing happening to stop Obama’s lawless invasion from the southern border by passing the rule of law.

I hear of rumors of Gov Perry thinking about calling forth the militia organized or unorganized. I say do not wait for orders from Washington or Austin. Take personal initiative and secure the border regardless. It our country and we live here. Enough is enough.. We either grab the bull by the horns or we will lose our republic.  

The  Militia is every able body man under Title 10 of the US Code. Even though I do not trust Gov. Rick Perry no more than I trust Dick Cheney to say invading Iraq was a bad decision. The State Legislature and the Governor,s office are being hammered with calls to take action from people all over Texas.

Gov. Perry has the legal authority to call forth the militia to execute the laws of the state and the union to protect state repelling invasion under Article 4 section 7 of the Texas State Constitution:

He shall be Commander-in-Chief of the military forces of the State, except when they are called into actual service of the United States. He shall have power to call forth the militia to execute the laws of the State, to suppress insurrections, and to repel invasions.

The states have the legal and moral authority to call forth the militia to counter Obama’s invasion from the south. I hope Texas leads the way stopping this insanity on the border and the hemorrhaging of our borders stop.

Yesterday, there were two separate call outs on the internet indicating that the militia members were needed on the Texas border.  One call out indicated the militia members should stand by for orders.

Mr. Light, a credible militia source, is now posting that Governor Perry has indicated interest in using the militias in tangent with the law enforcement border surge that he announced yesterday.

Update.. RE: Border Op’s for the Texas Militias.
I was just informed that the Governor is interested in using the citizens Militias of Texas in this issue. We need a SOP written up and given to the Governors office for a eyes and ears OP along with Detainee OP’s that is coordinated with the Local and State Law enforcement. So I call on our Texas Commanders to step up and help with the write up.. Time for a phone convention ASAP.. Please get the word out.. I am asking for the Stand down order to be respected until the SOP is approved by the Governor of Texas. I call on The Texas State Militia, and other Texas Militias to assist in the effort.

If this operation moves forward, militias in other states are offering their support deeming this a national issue as opposed to just a Texas problem as indicated .

  2. This needs to happen. It is our responsibility to act when the government doesn’t. I don’t like Perry, but he can get some credibility back if he steps up on this one. Just need to watch for the knife in the back when they are done using the Militia.

  3. Don’t wait for Perry! And more importantly DON’T work with his people! He’s a traitor and he will call on them and order them to harass or shoot We the People if we get in the way of the illegals crossing the border.

    I repeat: DO NOT TRUST PERRY!!! DO NOT TRUST HIS MEN OR THE POLICE!! THEY ARE COMPROMISED!!!

    The one thing I hate about these militias is that many of them work with and depend on local law enforcement, thus defeating the purpose of being made up of WE THE PEOPLE and ordinary nationals and separate from the tyrannical government that we are supposed to be fighting against.

    Don’t they get it??!!! Local law enforcement is corrupt! Our government is corrupt!! Did they forget the Bundy Ranch incident already?

    They need to work with non-law enforcement and non-government personnel. Military veterans are their best source of assistance. It’s the only way to be safe and to prevent centralization and infiltration of the militias.

    WAKE UP, PEOPLE!!!!

    2. I agree. Perhaps, the organized militia are the ones that tend toward working with law enforcement and wait for the ok to go. Sounds like you as well as I are interested in the unorganized militia, made up of the nationals. Maybe someone could clarify the difference. Also Rick Light is a supposed 4x felon according to comments I saw on saveamericafoundation.com. Does anyone know if he’s an informant as eluded to in some comments?
      Also, he was involved with Drake, if anybody knows who he is. Used to listed to Drake, and his “it’s gonna happen any day rants.” I’m a bit leary about Rick because of the association. Can anyone give some clarification to the concern.? Would appreciated feed back. Thank you.
      I’m already leary cuz he’s waiting for a go from Perry.

      1. Rick “the cross-dressin” Perry is 150% corrupt. Half of the time he doesn’t even realize that what he is doing is wrong because he is so mentally retarded. He even used taxpayers money to pay for his recent personal trial for a lawsuit that someone made against him. I don’t understand why anyone in this state even allows this piece of shit to run our lives. Did we forget the last presidential election already? The guy is working with the elite. I remember him being invited to Bilderberg even. He’s a traitor and is playing the political controlled opposition card against Barry. He’s like the Putin of Texas.           1. I’d love to. I’m about 6 or 7 hours away from the Southern border. Anything’s better than sitting around here while our country burns.

          2. Are they going to the Brownsville area or is it going to be further west? Brownsville is probably 8-9 hours from me. If this happens, I have a 35 foot camper, generator that runs it and can be completely self contained, food, water, etc.
            If anyone has a POC for the real Militia there, let me know.

            I’m not sure about Brownsville, but I know there’s one in McAllen, TX which is about 50 miles West of Brownsville.

            Can’t remember where I found that information, but I do know they are setting up a base camp there.

          5. Will do Outlaw. This thing could get out of hand if the fed tries to stop the Militia from reacting. Everyone that is within one state of Texas needs to keep their bags packed just in case. Be ready to go on a moments notice to support the guys who are going to be on the ground in the beginning. This could turn into a long ordeal. THis could make the Bundy Ranch look like a training event.

          7. I am pretty well ready to go, not sure that I can leave on a moments notice, but within 24 hours. I understand the seriousness of the situation and am unwillingly prepared to act. Henry should have my email. If there is a better way to communicate, let me know.

            We the People control this country. Perry works for us, NOT the other way around.

            The militias need to understand this or they will fall or become infiltrated quickly. Independence and decentralization are the keys to preventing a militia from being taken over.

      2. Rick Light appears in photos in a neo nazi uniform. Supposedly he has extremely questionable ties. I also don’t trust anything Tea Party biggy Dee says. She was part of the Tea Party/GrassRoots trips to DC in 2009. The idea was great, but they have made a career out of the Tea Party.

  4. In the meantime, the other militias need to go after DHS and TSA, since these treasonous bastards are the ones letting the illegals in by bus, train and even commercial and charter planes! Otherwise, this wave of border crossings in the Southern border will NEVER end. You must attack the root of the problem. It’s either that or storm DC!

  5. Rick Light needs to understand that he doesn’t need permission from Perry or any government entity to protect his country from invasion. This is OUR country. We the people are in charge NOT the government and most certainly NOT this treasonous government we have right now!

    This is war! The people need to stop asking the King of England if they can go to war with the Redcoats.

    Think about it. We are asking our enemy (the government) if we can go to war with their invasion force (the illegals). Does that make any sense to anyone?

Bulldog, NC or anyone else….a word of wisdom………..Keep your firearms locked in your vehicle and don’t carry them on you…This is not the Bundy situation where armed thugs were pointing arms at the bundys/anybody else too. These people entering are out of water, food, can’t speak our language (many) and are duped to be here in the first place (many) so a show of american militia in force is what’s needed and a command for them to go back to Mexico…across the boarder…the message will then back track and the crossings will decline….And The Powers…here, may just change their strips at least some…………and from there, greater things can come our way…Don ‘t you think?

I personally don’t think it will end until we tackle both sides of the spectrum simultaneously which is the Southern border and the heart of the problem which is in DC, containing the treasonous bastards that are admittingly aiding these illegals by using DHS and TSA to transport them in by plane, ship and bus and allowing this all to happen in the first place.

See what I mean….Resolve at this point is of greatest need….not bullets….and wash can’t be changed by myself or you or others, at this point, by bullets either…..if I were to go I would take a firearm with me. It would remain locked-up………and allow the thing due time to change itself….Wash DC….is tied to this…but can’t be solved right their on the boarder of Tex/Mexico….
