What a question to ask! However, in the high tech world of microwaves and electromagnetic frequencies, mind control actually may be possible, including not being disregarded or excluded, when investigating the apparent weird behavior patterns exhibited in recent events where many actors say they ‘heard’ voices in their heads.
There is a program called the “Voice of God” (VoG) whose purpose is to have ‘receivers’ believe God is giving them instructions! See this article “The Voice of God Weapon Returns.” Who would have thought?
If what Dr. Duncan relates in the above video actually can be and is happening, then the apparent and most obvious questions investigative journalists, police departments, detectives and medical examiners/authorities—including the courts—must be considering, plus actually implementing in their post-traumatic-events debriefings, is to ask about and to investigate the ramifications of “Were any mind control methods or Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques used upon the crime’s perpetrating actor(s)?” Some individuals, who know about mind control techniques, actually go as far as thinking and saying it could be partially responsible for “false flag” events, especially those where the ‘designated perpetrator’ winds up being the “patsy” or “fall guy,” and almost always winds up dead! Dead persons can’t answer questions.
Recently, the “Washington State Fusion Center accidentally releases records on remote mind control” was published online and included copies of data and information MuckRock news received in reply to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests they had placed during their investigation of several white supremacists groups, etc. and as documented in that article published here.
One of the most unusual and interesting pieces of information that came with the FOIA release was a file titled “EM effects on human body.zip,” which included a defining graphic (copied and pasted below) of “Psycho-Electronic Weapon Effects.” Take special note of “microwave hearing.”
If readers will pardon insertion of my personal opinion after researching EMFs/RFs/ELFs, 4 & 5G, etc., I’ve come to a hypothetical assumption that the more consumers use microwave-generated devices, especially high powered cell and iPhones, the more easily they can become receptors of mind control EMF programs. How come? I theorize that high tech users become ready receptors for any and all types of EMF waves, actually attracting them, because of “live” microwave technologies being worn on a person’s body rather than taking steps to neutralize being affected by the omnipresent microwaves that bombard us constantly. Consumers need to wake up to the down sides of technologies before it’s really too late!
