WRN – by Andrew BeckettThe subject of a 24-hour manhunt in Racine County is dead, after police say he fatally shot himself after being cornered in an area of pine trees in Mount Pleasant Monday afternoon.
Officers had been searching for 24-year-old Stantavious Sillas since Sunday, after he allegedly kidnapped a female employee from a rural hospital and rehab facility near Rochester. He later shot at a deputy who spotted him at a grocery store parking lot in Union Grove, hitting a squad car. Sillas then released the woman and fled on foot, triggering a search that involved multiple law enforcement agencies.
On Monday afternoon, Mount Pleasant Police said they spotted Sillas just after 1:15 near Racine’s Georgetown area. Racine Police Lieutenant Al Days said officers found fresh shoe prints in the snow — and it led them to where Sillas was hiding. Days said the suspect threatened to shoot himself upon seeing the officers, and then did so as officers were trying to prevent Sillas from hurting himself.
The suspect was taken to a Racine hospital and then one near Milwaukee, where he died at about six Monday evening.

He already shot at a cop (allegedly) once. This is what makes no sense…

Two problems with this statement. First, he already (allegedly) shot at a pig. Since that line was crossed (again, allegedly), why punk out at that point?
Secondly, pigs don’t try to PREVENT people from hurting themselves, in fact, more often than not they ASSIST in it. So that’s a blatant lie, obviously.
