  1. I’ve watched this before and it’s pretty good.
Except he calls it the 2nd Amendment, which irks me.
    Otherwise, it’s pretty good info.

    1. I think I’ve seen this one before too.

I like the ending when he has the AK-47 and says..

      Come and take it.

  2. Good video, but he leaves out or is not aware that the founder went further to protect us from governmental professional law enforcement agencies – state and federal by constitutionally requiring that those who serve within our governments use “We the people of the several states” as the governmental enforcement arm for the purposes to
    — Enforce the US Constitution (supreme Law of this nation) and each state’s Constitution (highest Law of the state),
    — Enforce and keep the “Laws of the Union” (which are constitutional laws ONLY),
    — Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and
    — “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”.

By requiring both those that serve within the state and federal governments via Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15 to use ONLY the Militia of the several states for those purposes which makes us all safer from those who serve within our governments, easier to hold accountable those who serve at all levels within our governments, etc.

Nor should he forget to mention that there are constitutionally assigned duties to both those that serve within the state and federal governments that they are REQUIRED to do for the Militias. Or that the Militias take orders ONLY directly from whomever is serving as the US President when doing their federal duties; and from ONLY the Governor directly when doing state duties. That is because the civil is ABOVE the military in our nation – still is today, though few realize it anymore. That means that a Militia Officer is HIGHER then any military officer of any rank.

Also that it is the duty of those that serve within the Congress to see that the Militia of each state is armed with military arms needed to stop invasions, and trained in those arms (Clause 16) as the Congress requires the military to be trained and this training is to be done by those that serve within each state.

But instead about late 1800’s, early 1920’s those that served within our governments convinced the people that they no longer needed to train or “serve” as the Militia, but instead they would free up our time by having governmental professional law enforcement agencies do our duties for us.

Joseph Stalin, in 1933, told those who serve within our governments because they were not dumping the Militias fast enough: ”The United States should get rid of its militias”.

Even in the late 50’s, 60’s, early 70’s people still trained, and even in California/New York, etc drove around with gun racks in their vehicles with the weapons and ammo – even to school, particularly if it was a Friday during hunting season. It was a normal thing here in the USA, to be armed. There were not nuts shooting up the streets, less crime and home break-ins & robberies because everyone KNEW that the people living there were trained and armed. Etc.
