It’s hard to tell, but it looks like that psycho was first making unwanted contact with the person who was freely exercising his right not to wear a mask. The psycho wasn’t even wearing his mask properly, nor was he “social distancing”, and if he believes that destroying the pizza rack/display case is justified, he is even more mentally disturbed than anyone can imagine.
