The sheriff of Humbolt County, Nevada, is facing recall over his plans to implement the state’s red flag law.
The Nevada Independent reports that Sheriff Mike Allen says he opposes the law personally, yet will enforce it once it takes effect in 2020.
Allen was asked if he will send SWAT to homes to take away guns, and he responded in a way that convinced county residents he will come while they are not home. Allen said, “We do whatever we do to make it as safe as possible. And if what’s as safe as possible is to wait for that individual to leave the house, then that’s what we’ll do. Most of the time there will be other laws that we’ll be able to apply.”
Dawn Principe, the owner of Sage Hill Arms in Winnemucca, is leading Humboldt County 2nd Amendment Grassroots in an effort to recall Allen.
Allen’s plan to enforce the state’s red flag law comes less than a month after the Humboldt County Commissioners adopted “Second Amendment Sanctuary” status. The sanctuary declaration says, in part, “Neither the United States Congress nor the Nevada legislature should entertain consideration of any legislation that would infringe on constitutionally protected rights under the Second Amendment.”
Sheriff Allen spoke with Breitbart News, saying, “Where in the U.S. Constitution, or the Nevada constitution, can I pick and choose what laws I enforce?”
When asked about the Second Amendment Sanctuary declaration in particular, Allen said, “There’s no legal basis for the sanctuary declaration, for a sanctuary basis.”
Allen added, “I’ve never violated anybody’s constitutional rights, nor will I.”
He said, “I stand by the Second Amendment and everybody’s constitutional rights.”

It is not just the oath to protect and defend, the Bill of Rights is ratified law. To infringe on it in any way is a violation of the superior supreme law of this land, punishable by the people. What he is suggesting in reference to confiscation makes him a criminal and a traitor.
A real sheriff, not of the corporate admiralty but of the common law jurisdiction, would raise a posse and arrest the traitors that wrote this policy and attempted to have it enforced. They then would be tried for treason and sedition by that sheriff as an individual, and when found guilty, would face the jury and a rope. That is the law, the supreme law, the superior law, the law that can never be changed.
That makes more sense to me. It’s a total violation of our bill of rights. These traitors have gotten way too bold.

Here in Mesa County, Colorado, the sheriff has stated he will be following Colorado’s Red Flag laws once they start up with the new year. More than half of Colorado Sheriffs are Constitutional and said they’d would follow no laws like that. We are the only county around western Colorado with a back stabbing Sheriff, Sheriff Lewis. The reason being is that Grand Junction has slowly been turning towards the Democrat voter and he doesn’t want to lose votes.
No offense there, Josh, but there can be no such thing as a constitutional sheriff as the Constitution has been replaced by a corporate charter. See Title 28 Definition 15.

As for the notion of the vote, there is no vote, there can only be a corporate endorsement from your strawman corporation for the unlawful United States Corporation and its subcontractors which are the state corporations.

Thank you for the reply. I was only giving an update pertaining to the article, concerning our area. I did not voice my ideas or beliefs. So much for a “heads up”, or here’s what’s going on in such a such place. Just trying to point out some news going on.

Are you a registered voter, and if so, what corporate party are you registered with, and do you believe that there is such a thing in this corporate aristocracy as a Constitutional Sheriff? Do you believe there can be a Constitutional Sheriff that enforces any legislation coming from the illegitimate United States Corporation or its state subcontractors? Can there be a Constitutional Sheriff who is not sworn in to the common law?
All sheriffs in this corporate aristocracy swear to uphold the legislation of the state and federal corporations, though they have to know that this occupational state and federal has no jurisdiction to write and attempt to enforce any legislation that violates any part of the ratified supreme law of the Bill of Rights, as dictated by our 9th Article.

I can’t tell you how many years (close to 20) I’ve been hearing that we’re a corporation, and about the “all capitals” thing in US, and the driver’s license names in caps, but till today I never understood how profound all that is in terms of them thinking they own us.
