  1. The tents look like equipment covers, and at 2:25 in, you can see that one of them is covering a truck, or trailer. The hoses are probably to suck exhaust fumes out.

You can also see three different types of antennas used, and based on that I’m going to guess more than just basic communication ability.

The narrator mentioned hearing someone else making claims about monitoring an electric supply. I don’t know about “monitoring” but I’m willing to bet that they have a few generators on those trailers.

Temporary command center would be a good guess if you ask me. One or more of the tents could easily be a make-shift mobile office (they not all set up for venting exhaust fumes).

    But it’s all guesswork.

  2. Wow with such big tents.
I guess Ringling Brothers circus is coming to town.
    I love a circus.
Especially when that crazy elephant goes berserk in the middle of the show.
You know the one that just snaps after 20 years of being beat by the trainer.

It takes a while for the kids to figure out its not part of the performance.

Kind of like Seigfield and Roy.

    1. Once I was playing blackjack in Binions and the dealer said “you got a Seigfried and Roy”….I looked down and I had two queens.

      I thought that was funny.
