In the Middle East and every other corner of the World… except the United States. If you will recall, most of our military said they would refuse to fire on American citizens, when/if ordered to do so.
I spoke to TacticalTony702 out there and he stated they are the dog handlers that have the accent. He said they’re German. I stated to him that although the dog handlers give commands in German, they are trained in Israel, so these dog handlers might be Israeli, NOT Russian. NO ONE has confirmed what nationality these dog handlers are.
