In the Obamacare documents is a section devoted to the useless eaters and life planning. In truth it is not life planning but our death plan.
I received my letter from my insurance, Optimum Care, making it mandatory that I call my doctor and prepare for life planning at the top of the list. Tests are involved and on the back is a list of the tests and assessments.
The letter begins with Preventive Screenings. Note the points they want to cover.
- Advance Care Planning? For what? Who is planning and what does it involve?
- Functional Status Assessment (daily activities) I do everything for myself the only thing I can not do is get down on my knees had one replacement. I see this as none of their business. Do they intend to provide me with help if I really needed it? I think not.
- Pain Assessment I do have arthritis but that only acts up occasionally with cold accompanied by rain. I take curcumin with pepper 3000 a day. That really helps.
- Review of medication – None, only the good stuff supplements.

Recently I read the new Medicare rules and there are many. First off Medicare will not be covering cancer treatments nor heart conditions, other than medication for comfort, for any elderly over 75. You will notice on the letter the tests for this are not listed for anyone past 75 which confirms what I read.
Secondly they are making all of this mandatory which I think is not constitutional. My body is mine and no one else and making it look like its preventative medicine is a joke. For those younger than me maybe, but as a retired nurse, I know there are many things one cannot prevent especially with all the toxins we are exposed to externally and our diets. Its all a joke.
I did some research online as to other companies having the same thing going on. The requirements are pretty much the same, a little variation and due to the repetitive nature of the requirements I do not think this was ordered by the insurance company alone. I believe, my intuition, that it comes down from higher ie: the government, as they are looking at the population to seek the useless eaters from the productive.
The evidence appears overwhelming to me but then I put a lot of research into it to make sure I was coming to the right conclusions.
I am refusing it all they can take my insurance away if they wilt but no one is getting control of my body and I will make all decisions regarding it.

This is my personal experience, I felt it important to send to Henry as it shows that what we see out there is evidenced by their actions. We need to have this exposed so I ask anyone who personally gets information on anything that we run across that they call conspiracy theories, we can expose for what it is.
I made the decision not to seek treatment for my soft tissue tumor before I learned of this information. You see there are far worst things than death to me. I do not want to continue to live in the world being created for us today. If I can not be free then I side with Patrick Henry. My life has been great, I got to accomplish pretty much all my dreams and then some. It was a great adventure and I enjoyed over 80 percent of it which isn’t a bad ratio. I am 76 now and enjoy every hour I have left.
Fight the fight and live your fullest for we do not not know how much time we have. If I was younger and in better health I would fight with you. All that I can do is STAND and say NO every breath I have.
Have you tried the baking soda and molasses treatment? It does taste awful but has worked for me. There are lots of natural treatments.
Not sure where you live, but if you can build a greenhouse and connect your chicken house, rabbit hutch, whatever to it. That will raise the carbon which feeds the plants which will give off oxygen (simple explanation). Go sit out there in the greenhouse and just breath clean unpoisoned air for a bit every day that you can. A real greenhouse has a wall that can hold warmth and area that can let in sunlight for at least 8 – 10 hours.
And, of course, NON GMO or poisoned food. Most people have forgotten what real meat tastes like instead of that with pink slime created “meat”, etc.

So-called “meat”…another reason we live where we do…local ranchers sometimes sell their organic, free range beef to us locals…expensive (up to 20-30 bucks a pound; some cuts over 40 bucks a pound), but worth it!
I too am a retired RN (thank goodness). It wasn’t until I got out of the belly of the beast system that I came to realize the big agenda. It was necessary for me to take early retirement. After I had surgery and chemo I went back to work but the ‘maintenance’ meds they prescribed for me were taking a toll until I was almost crippled. I could not stand more than 5 minutes and was using a cane. I retired at 55. One day while sitting quietly at home it came to me….’they are going to kill me’ THAT was when I woke up took control and stopped everything …meds, doctors appointment , etc…. I have not been to a whitecoat since 2008 …I did my own research and am now in excellent health. In fact I feel better now than when I was 30! Everyone has their own decisions to make. I am with you GrinNBarrett……I will live and die on my terms not theirs.

I made a pact with my primary physician upon the first visit. No tests, no appointments I will call you if I need you. She agreed and just asked me to put it in writing which I did so she would not be blamed for anything. I could tell she understood and in a way was agreeing with me. It has been good ever since. I had a nice long talk with her about 45 min. She was a great listener.
I love life but on my conditions not anyone elses. I am happy for you keep plugging.

I’m same as you. I’ll do without. NO ONE is going to be making those decisions but me. I’ll simply not show up for their appointments. I won’t sign anything; “I’ll have to think about it first”. And if asked well I’m a procrastinator! What can I say? I won’t be home…I’ll be traveling. Sorry about their luck. I don’t need them. They need me. And they can stay needy for all I care.

And speaking of Social Security (and Medicare as well, but I’m not on that yet since I am 63)…
Obama has “signed into law” (you know, executive orders) a new rule about signing into a “My Social Security” account which is mostly needed if you are applying for Social Security: in addition to your username and password, when you sign in you MUST also log in with your “special code” sent over ONLY a cell phone WITH TEXTING! Makes your account “more secure” you see…yeah right! I mean, if hackers can hack into your Social Security account they can hack your cell phone, right?
The gist is this: the government is FORCING everyone who will be signing up for Social Security online (and I am sure, Medicare as well) to have a cell phone with texting (many websites already require some SMS crapola to log into e-mails and whatnot that can only be done over a “mobile phone”)! Why? Likely because if you have a cell phone with texting, they can track your every move, every thought, etc.
Or of course you can sign up at a Social Security office (until you can’t)–but when you live two hours from the nearest Social Security office, that is a bit of a pain in the neck.

you can sign up for medicare 3 months before your 65th birthday and social security as well,,or 3 months after your 65th birthday,,,failure to sign up for medicare after 3 months, you will be charged a 10% penalty, and 10% for every year you fail. it don’t pay everything but it helps if your on a limited income.

2-They always keep asking me for my end of life directive. I say I have one, they say we dont have a copy. I say you dont need a copy, my family, next of kin and my lawyer have copies. so far,that has always worked.
