Dear fellow Patriot,
Gun-grabbers around the globe believe they have it made.
You see, only hours after re-election, President Obama’s Administration announced it was doubling down on efforts to finally RAM the United Nations’ so-called “Small Arms Treaty” down American gun owners’ throats.
From the moment I heard that news, I knew Second Amendment supporters’ backs were against the wall.
But after the tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut — and anti-gun hysteria in the national media reaching a fever pitch — there’s no doubt President Obama and his anti-gun pals believe the timing has never been better to ram through the U.N.’s global gun control crown jewel.
I don’t know about you, but watching anti-American globalists plot against our Constitution makes me sick.
But with the United Nations meeting in March to finalize their radical so-called “Small Arms Treaty” — and a full U.S. Senate ratification showdown coming right on its heels — there’s not much time to fight back.
You and I will only have a few short weeks to prepare for this battle…
If we’re to succeed, we must fight back now.
That’s why I’m helping lead the fight to defeat the UN “Small Arms Treaty” in the United States Senate.
And it’s why I need your help today.
Will you join me by taking a public stand against the UN “Small Arms Treaty” and sign the Official Firearms Sovereignty Survey right away?
Ultimately, UN bureaucrats will stop at nothing to register, ban and CONFISCATE firearms owned by private citizens like YOU.
So far, the gun-grabbers have successfully kept many of their schemes under wraps.
But looking at previous attempts by the UN to pass global gun control, you and I can get a good idea of what’s likely in the works.
You can bet the UN is working to FORCE the U.S. to implement every single one of these anti-gun policies:
*** Enact tougher licensing requirements, making law-abiding Americans cut through even more bureaucratic red tape just to own a firearm legally;
*** CONFISCATE and DESTROY ALL “unauthorized” civilian firearms (all firearms owned by the government are excluded, of course);
*** BAN the trade, sale and private ownership of ALL semi-automatic weapons;
*** Create an INTERNATIONAL gun registry, setting the stage for full-scale gun CONFISCATION.
I’m sure I don’t have to tell you this is NOT a fight we can afford to lose.
Ever since its founding 65 years ago, the United Nations has been hell-bent on bringing the United States to its knees.
To the petty dictators and one-world socialists who control the UN, the United States of America isn’t a “shining city on a hill” — it’s an affront to their grand designs for the globe.
These anti-gun globalists know that as long as Americans remain free to make our own decisions without being bossed around by big government bureaucrats, they’ll NEVER be able to seize the worldwide power they crave.
And the UN’s apologists also know the most effective way to finally strip you and me of ALL our freedoms would be to DESTROY our gun rights.
That’s why I was so excited to see the National Association for Gun Rights leading the fight to stop the UN “Small Arms Treaty!”
Will you join them by going on record AGAINST global gun control and sign the Official Firearms Sovereignty Survey today?
This is my take on things in the Czar-ministration. Obama, in his arrogance, will make a critical error that will cause a domino effect of their destruction. Keep this post to refer to my prediction.
He’s already made the error, but people won’t do anything drastic as long as they’re relatively comfortable in their homes, even if they happen to be fuming with anger (unless they join an an angry mob already in motion). One of several possible events will cause millions of Americans to pour into the streets, and that’s when the party starts.
They’re already mad as hell, but what can they do about it? They’ll join a mob in a heartbeat, but they won’t take off into the streets alone. When a bunch of people have had enough, their numbers will snowball.
Yes…and what an angry snowball that will be.
There are two things I can think of that would cause the sheeple to stampede.
# 1. loss of t.v.
# 2. loss of meds.
Combined, they would probably constitute the equivalent of Armageddon.
You’re probably right, nobody can push this many people without some type of blowback.
The problem is that these types of control freaks don’t go down w/o taking the whole building with them…
Things are heating up rather quickly.
NEVER give up your guns, they are the last remaining firewall to our enslavement & possible genocide.
I think they will make the fatal mistake of arrogance and try to enact something stupid,
I bet there are a few million patriotic Americans who will say otherwise,
All hell will break loose and no UN or coerced force of mercs will be able to reign it in.
This must be stopped
No. It must not stop. The government must play its full hand. Only after can we do what needs to be done. The government has to go into full terror mode before the average joe will see the tyrants for who they really are. The current slow erosion of weapons rights has been most effective for them like the frog in the pot.
Yes, we must stop this madness or if not, we are doomed. Clearly, the gov’t is sword-rattling with us with all those “training” missions in our cities and at the same time trying to divide and conquer us, as with the mailing informing veterans they may not have guns. We have but a very small window of time to accomplish a miracle.
This needs to be stopped! Our Second Amendment must be protected!
you see, the communists in WDC are now afraid of us, the anti-communists, as it is supposed to be, they will not pass this,,,,
Before there is much more hyperventilation, everyone should be fully aware that no matter how much the current administration wants that treaty to become the law of the land, it won’t happen, and here’s why:
NO treaty may overtake, override, or even modify the U.S. Constitution.
The UN and coterie of fellow travellers here in the U.S. might well try to pull-off that blaze of crap, however it should be noted —one more time— that NO treaty which the U.S. might ratify has the ability to either supersede or even modify the U.S. Constitution.
Way too many people —especially Americans— have bought into that line of BS which is propagated by the aforementioned fellow travellers.
No treaty —or federal law predicated upon whatever treaty— may find validity for enforcement by dint of U.S. Constitution Article V, and Article VI, paragraph (2).
The =ONLY= method which may be used to modify the U.S. Constitution is by way of Article V:
—————
Article V
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.
—————
Take due, and careful note that there’s not a single mention of treaties, not even in the most oblique way.
Further to that is Article VI, paragraph (2)
—————
Article VI
(2) This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.
—————
Again: Take due, and careful note that treaties which =fall outside= of the authority of the United States, i.e., those which violate the premise of the U.S. Constitution being the ~superior~ law over, and ABOVE all treaties, are invalid on their face.
Stated another way: No treaty —no matter— has either the authority to modify or overtake the U.S. Constitution.
Further to that yet is this: The Bill of Rights came ~after~ the above quoted verbiage, and as a result makes a ~further~ set of prohibitions against any such acts as violating the rights of the people via whatever treaty mechanism.

.
Finally, we have this:
—————
“There is nothing in this language,” declared the Court in Reid v. Covert (1957),“which intimates that treaties do not have to comply with the provisions of the Constitution. Nor is there anything in the debates which accompanied the drafting and ratification of the Constitution which even suggests such a result.”
.

“There is nothing in this language which intimates that treaties do not have to comply with the provisions of the Constitution. Nor is there anything in the debates which accompanied the drafting and ratification of the Constitution which even suggests such a result. These debates as well as the history that surrounds the adoption of the treaty provision in Article VI make it clear that the reason treaties were not limited to those made in `pursuance’ of the Constitution was so that agreements made by the United States under the Articles of Confederation, including the important treaties which concluded the Revolutionary War, would remain in effect. It would be manifestly contrary to the objectives of those who created the Constitution, as well as those who were responsible for the Bill of Rights–let alone alien to our entire constitutional history and tradition–to construe Article VI as permitting the United States to exercise power under an international agreement without observing constitutional prohibitions. In effect, such construction would permit amendment of that document in a manner not sanctioned by Article V.”\336
So then, as you may well see, the whole idea of treaties overriding our rights or even the U.S. Constitution, is nought but so much hoodwinking.
DO NOT be falling for it!
Had this request come from anyone else, other than Rand Paul, then I might sign the survey–but I doubt it. Rand is probably the most unpredictable politician I ever witnessed in the last 30-years (I feel that there are too many examples to list here… but Rand selling out his father is at the top of my list). This shall be just another revealing list of dissidents, like the lists denoting the followers within the Ron Paul for President Meet-up Groups, and what a travesty they were, twice!
The Second Amendment is the Supreme Law, and until there is an official act by Congress to abolish the Constitution, then it remains the Supreme Law! I did not vote “yes” for the ratification of the UN “Small Arms Treaty”, nor was it ever on any ballot I voted on.
BTW: What difference has any “legitimate” petition, survey, poll, or lawful complaint made in the last 10-years?
It is certainly no precedent to “pass a law” or make an EO that violates some part of the constitution. It has happened many times. A patriot’s first recourse in this case is to make that violation known.
To Joe at 7:52am:
They already know that they are in violation of Constitutional Law! They don’t care, and they aren’t going to listen to us (yet).
What’s your next patriotic step: voting them out of office? (lol)
The Governmental system of checks and balances has been broken for decades. Just let nature take its course.

You are correct about history trampling the constitution. Many Americans see what is happening but really don’t know what to do. There seems to be so much division in this country. People I talk to just act like they don’t believe what I’m telling them is true, and others know something is wrong but can’t place their finger on where the truth can be found…It appears that when “It” happens, it is not going to be a good thing. All I know is that what is going on in our country is unsustainable. For this to continue to escalate surely means a second civil war. Time does repeat itself.
All you have to do is look at Europe. Spain and Greece are good examples of what will be happening here, soon. The only difference is the fact that most of US citizens are armed, which is why TPTB feel we must be disarmed before the shit hits the fan. Our paper currency economy will be sustained until people lose faith in the dollar or, when they need a wheel barrel of cash to buy a loaf of bread. Of course it is unsustainable, and the first people who will feel this pinch are the welfare constituents. This will be the primary reason to have a gun to defend against gangs of hungry, desperate people whom wish to invade your home. Most people may conclude that they shall be dead with or, without a gun. However, your chances for survival are better with a loaded firearm, being mentally/physically prepared, and utilizing common sense.

People don’t think Martial law can happen on a large scale….I say look at 911, did anyone think that could happen? The things you point out are things that happened in Germany…time is repeating itself.
