Huffington PostOfficer Frankie Salazar of Texas’ Olmos Park Police Department is charged with aggravated assault after a plan to spice up his sex life went horribly, horribly wrong, News 4 San Antonio reports.
Salazar, 29, and his 33-year-old friend, Jesus Edward Guitron, hatched a “wife swap” plan months ago to switch sexual partners, according to the San Antonio Express News. On Saturday evening, Guitron and his wife went over to Salazar’s place, and after some drinks, Salazar started kissing the woman.
The woman didn’t care for this, and decided she wanted to back out of the plan. At about this time, Salazar’s wife walked in and, since no one alerted her to the swap that was supposed to be going on, she was none too pleased to see her man putting the moves on another lady.
Things escalated to a fistfight between Salazar and Guitron, and Salazar allegedly wound up shooting Guitron in the chest and hand, according to KENS 5.
Salazar was suspended without pay pending his trial.
“As I tried to tell kids that want to get into law enforcement, Olmos Park Police Chief Fritze Bohne told News 4 San Antonio, “be careful about your decisions, ’cause decisions have long-term consequences.”
I would think that the cops would have fulfilled their fantisies when ever they frisk/molest and hand cuff a little boy, girl, lady or man. Guarentee that if anyone else would have done this – drinking or preplanned wife swapping – and one of the players were shot in the chest that – atleast where I am from – ya would be charged with attempted murder and would be probobly be sitting in jail waiting for court or trial.
Yeah, your absolutely correct, we would be thrown in jail in a heart beat and have to wait for a judge to set bail. Not having to sit in jail must be a fringe benefit LEO’s get because like never breaking the law by trying to shoot one of their own, they would never run and hide from justice either.

If you plan on swapping wives it might be a good idea to run it past the wives first, just in case.
Good idea Large Scale Aggressor except that I do not think that cops think that way and cops really are not known for being that smart.
They must have missed that session in wife-swapping 101.
Really strange when you consider the courses are on the taxpayer dime too. ;p
Maybe they shouldn’t have opted for the crash course, rather than the full semester.
