Mail.comFERGUSON, Mo. (AP) — Authorities say the 18-year-old black man who was shot and killed by police in suburban St. Louis was unarmed.
Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson told The Associated Press that the man who was killed did not have a gun. Police have not disclosed his name, but family members say it was 18-year-old Michael Brown.
Jackson said police are in contact with the second person who was involved in the altercation with the officer before the shooting, but that the person has not been arrested or charged. Jackson said authorities aren’t sure if the second person was unarmed.

The police are claiming he resisted arest. The easest frame up they have and use often on any one they do not like as a cover for there actions. And brutal police beatings and murder. But think he was unarmed and there were no powder burns, so the fight was over even if there was a fight. And it is still murder by cop under the law. As at that point the fight would have been over. He was in the car and out of sight when this alleged fight started? If sowhat did the officer SirHer do to start the fight and why was he not cuffed before being put in the car? They make you stand in the rain to give a speeding ticket. When it is thee job to walk back to your car and do there own work! So NO still sounds like murder by cop to me.
Yes, there are definitely “conflicting” stories. Of course, we would expect the Cops to come up with their typical excuses, lies, and cover-ups to protect their own. The problem is, there were witnesses. I believe the eye-witnesses.
