We had a outage at my place this morning and my PC, laptop, TV, DVD, iPad & my new surround sound music system were all shut down.
Then I discovered that my iPhone battery was flat and to top it off it was raining outside, so I couldn’t play golf.
I went into the kitchen to make coffee and then I remembered that this also needs power, so I talked with my wife for a few hours.
She seems like a nice person.
The temperature here in northwest New Jersey is supposed to drop to minus ten degrees tonight. There is also a nasty nor’easter heading this way Wednesday night into Thursday.

Seriously Paul?, I hope not any way lol. Yea it got down to -20+ below last night here in Wi. Supposed to be the end of those bitter cold temps for now they are sayin – I hope they are right. A lot of people have went over budget with their yearly heating bill already this year.
Last time the power went out for a few hours I ended up taking a nap. Never realize what we got till the power goes out!
Isn’t it great to be able to connect in person with a human once in a while without all the technological interruptions and distractions?

Ever notice when the power goes out it gets quiet? I mean really quiet. No hums and buzzes. No whining or whistling. I love that.
Its funny how many people say its eerie or creepy. I find it hard to like them.
