Yahoo NewsWASHINGTON (Reuters) – Republican Rand Paul on Tuesday officially announced on his website that he will run for U.S. president in 2016, hours before an event in his home state of Kentucky where he is expected to formally launch the campaign.
“I am running for president to return our country to the principles of liberty and limited government,” he said in a posting at www.randpaul.com.

He was that guy who took forever to finally show his tax returns, had his staff destroy all computer hard drives before he left office as governor (If he has nothing to hide, why would he do this?), is for abortion, is for open borders, wrote ObamaCare, gives money to the MEK terrorist organizations, was endorsed by John McCain (the U.S. traitor, who basically wrote and supported the NDAA bill which takes away all our Bill of Rights) and stated that he didn’t even know what was in that bill when he agreed to it (which shows great respect and responsibility on his part as presidential candidate who is for the people there and not for the corporations. NOT!!!), was endorsed by the former U.S. ambassador to the U.N. John Bolton, was endorsed by George H.W. Bush, was endorsed by all the bankers that caused wars and financial crisis, is for carbon taxes (tax on the air we simply breathe, mind you), is for gun control, is for open borders and is a flip-flopper and draft dodger who will lie and say anything to buy his way into office. He’s made tons of money in the private sector by liquidating jobs, so how does that make him an expert on creating them? He had and has absolutely NO REAL IDEAS to offer anyone. So again, how was HE any different than Obama? OBAMA is involved in ALL OF THESE types of corruption and is for ALL OF THESE types of issues as well!!!

Rand Paul. Henry and NC, your combined summation may boost his chances for the nomination. Although he’s got a tough road ahead and with California’s annexation to Mexico, you know one of those wetbacks are going to take California along New York since all of the illegals will vote the “Mexican Ticket.” But here we go, thinking that voting matters when it is a complete waste of time, effort, and money.
