USA Today

A suspect has been taken into custody following a shooting Tuesday at Roswell middle school in New Mexico, according to Roswell police.

At least three people have been injured, Roswell police told Fox News. KRQE-TV reports that a 14-year-old was being taken to the hospital with injuries.

Berrendo Middle School is on lockdown, the police department said on its Facebook page. Police asked parents not to go to school.

Students were being bused to the Roswell Mall for pickup, according to the Roswell Independent School District superintendent, KOB-TV reports.

Roswell has been rocked by gang violence in recent years and has asked Homeland Security Investigations to step in and help.

  1. It doest strike anyone as odd that ALL THESE SHOOTINGS TAKE PLACE AT SCHOOLS ? I call BULLSHIT on everyone of them. What ever happened to gas station and liquor store hold ups ? These people that partake in these hoaxes are spineless and their children should be ashamed to have such spineless fathers with no moral backbone or ethics… Same goes for Mothers involved also… Anyone and everyone.

  2. “Roswell has been rocked by gang violence in recent years and has asked Homeland Security Investigations to step in and help.” USA Today Sounds like they were already there “training” for the future possibility of such an event. Possibly another false flag to push their agenda?
