Reguardless of the law or if a guy has a jury trial, if you cannot afford a high buck lawyer, you will probobly be found guilty.
If you look on a percent basis of the harm done to the citizens by the court system and the amount of money required to fight in court,the same court that uses your tax dollar to crush you,its insanity to think that we have a reliable justice system.A prosecutors job is to win and guilt has nothing to do with anything to them.They hand pick a jury of pre chosen slaves to get the outcome they desire and most of the time that is exactly what outcome they get too! This country does not belong to the people like they say it does,it belongs to the ones at the top at the EXPENSE of all the rest. No victim no crime is a joke,and not a funny one either in the kangaroo criminal ju$tice system because after all ,its criminal!
The only way to “win” in court is to never arrive there.
Don’t get taken alive, or the sadistic bastards will have a field day turning the remainder of your existence into a living hell.
You’ll need several thousand in cash just to talk to a lawyer, and the public defender is only interested in scaring you into accepting a short sentence by threatening you with a long one.
Absolutely NO ONE employed by our justice system is interested in your guilt or innocence. It’s only a well-oiled machine designed to funnel people into the private-prison slavery system.

I know of this first hand. My husband and brother in-law are currently in a cage for not filing taxes. A victimless crime. The jury went right along with what the judge told them to do.
Jury nullification only works when those sitting on the jury are educated. It was a circus from beginning to end and rigged, with our highly paid lawyer rubbing elbows with the prosecutor. They were made an example of, and the judge is on record saying just that. We have no justice system.
The so-called court system utilizes different meanings for words that are generally assumed to be taken a certain way. IF you can educate yourself on the words and the way they twist the meaning, you can beat them at their own game.
It’s very difficult at best. Much like a minefield, one misstep and……………
