Sandusky, OH — A mother and father were on their way home with their 2 week old baby when they were stopped by Sandusky police officers.
Andre Stockett, the father and the passenger in the vehicle, and the man who took the video, has a good understanding of his rights when dealing with police.
Despite the police pulling over the vehicle, for an alleged “traffic violation,” they do nothing to the driver. Her license is run and it comes back valid so they have nothing on them, yet like bullies on the playground they begin ganging up on Stockett.
Stockett has committed no crime and has not been suspected of committing a crime, so he lawfully refuses to identify himself. This assertion of his rights does not go over well with the bullies on the playground, so Officer Denny throws a temper tantrum.
The K-9 unit is brought in.
As several media outlets have reported, K-9’s are not only often poorly trained, they are frequently wrong. They can also be taught to alert on cue.
Stockett says that he does not consent to any searches, which is well within his rights. However, Officer Denny knows how to avert these rights; bring in the drug dog.
Unfortunately in Illinois v. Caballes, the Supreme Court ruled that police do not need reasonable suspicion to use drug dogs to sniff a vehicle during a legitimate traffic stop and that a drug dog alerting to a vehicle allows them to search it.
Stockett could have contended that this was no longer a “legitimate traffic stop” but it seems that nothing was going to stop these jackboots from arresting someone.
After the dog allegedly ‘alerted’ to the vehicle, Stockett and his wife are told to get out of the vehicle. When they refuse, because they have a 2 week old infant in the back seat, these thugs threaten to take their baby!
“We’ll get CPS to take your baby!”
At this point in the video, if your blood is not boiling you are not a human being. The police continue to make up new reasons why they were pulled over and why they are being detained/arrested. It is absolutely infuriating.
The asininity peaks when officer Denny backtracks and tells the family that he originally pulled them over because their lights weren’t on, but it is clearly daylight outside.
Eventually under duress and the threat of violence, the family is forced to exit the vehicle. Stockett was arrest for, wait for it….wait for it, obstruction of justice. These harassing tyrants have the audacity to claim that it was this family who was obstructing justice and not their jackbooted thuggery. Unbelievable.
No drugs were found.
The only thing absent from this video is the Sandusky police tasering and beating the family, however the threat of stealing someone’s child stings way more than a baton every could.
Stockett, for good reason, says he plans to fight the charges of obstruction. Please share this article to let other police officers know that when they violate people’s rights they will be exposed.

Sorry James, I don’t believe that a govt that would lie to us repeatedly, spray poisonous toxins in our skies to poison us for depopulation, starvation and sickness, simply to scam even more healthcare money out of us, send us soldiers off to war that they have created through lies and false flags that have murdered Americans so that more Americans can die for their personal wealth gain endeavors would allow us the ability to remove them from office by simply pulling a lever?! The language they speak is “TYRANY”. We’re done voting. There is NO way to peacefully set things right. Only way left to us is WAR. Sorry, but that is the truth. The other side unlike us knows no other way but use of force and terror to live. They produce nothing but sorrow and death. They ware the cloak of legitimacy, but they are nothing more than “Uniformed Terrorists” posing as pubic servants. It is a lie. They won’t stop doing what they are doing until another countervailing force physically stops them and cuts them down. I can not say it any plainer than that. Last thing that could be said of me that I am a war monger. I’m not. I do however have a rather intimate knowledge of what tyranny is and what it costs and to allow it to continue is far too expensive for we as Americans can afford. Keep letting this go on we are going to end up with millions killed in gulags and history will look on us with contempt for our sins of omission.
Another thing Christans in many cases can’t seem to understand. God will not only judge us for our sins, but for that which we SHOULD have done and failed to do when we had the chance. I hope people let that concept burn in really well into their soul, because it is true.
I know you mean well. I think that any of us who have half a brain have reasoned by now that it is a little late to get our country back by simply voting.

We’re not going to see any relief from this roadside tyranny (and rapes) until people start blowing cops’ heads off when they’re pulled over.
In truth there is only one thing going to cure the American police. Mandatory 3 hours a shift foot patrol walking the beat alone. No help. Once they learn that being a respected cop and good officer is all that keeps them from being brick batted and ball batted around do to public respect. This will end for them.
Sorry. Even that won’t work. Once a pig cop, always a pig cop. And since the Clark Kent effect is happening in the community, no one will dare to say or do anything otherwise, for fear of the repurcussions. So it won’t really change a thing, even if it is just one cop.
Until the people get over the Clark Kent effect (like JD says), nothing will change.
Jame J. Johnson or one of his militia commanders needs to get in touch with this man. SanDOOSHKI needs a counter balance for this kind of police behavior.
Its gang members need to be put on notice that this behavior can not be tolerated. If it happens again every member of that department will be hunted down and done something with. Leave that to the discretion of the militia. I rather liked the what the Northern Michigan militia did with those Rapist Cops. That fit the crime perectly.
Might as well have the Bloods and the Crips as police for all the good they are. They are a PUBLIC MENACE #1.
Do I advocate taking the law into our own hands and forming “VIGILANCE COMITTEES”? YES! The law has always been in our hands and when the trusted public servants go rogue we can’t let them run wild like they are raking havoc on us all. They have to be stopped and stopped fast with absolutely no quarter.
Sounds like what Officer Chris Cox of the Round Rock police did to me. The bastard illegally pulled me over and wouldn’t let me leave until he would arrest me for something because I wouldn’t allow him to search my car for no reason and exercised my Rights as well as taught him the Constitution and Bill or Rights, which were two documents that he obviously had no clue of nor followed and also stated that he thought he was god and was quite proud of it.
