It’s not the heated debate that he’s stocking up for; it’s the impending war.
You gotta understand something; there has always been about 70 million guns floating around in this country. Hunters and recreational shooters bought their guns for those purposes long ago, and very few people have any money to purchase anything but necessities these days.
And then BANG!! Out of the blue you have 64 million NICS checks since Obama took office. That’s almost a 100% increase in the number of guns in the hands of the people, when the people have no money (and that’s if you assume only one gun per NICS check, and we know that’s not the case).
The point is that these new gun and ammo buyers aren’t recreational shooters. They see gun ownership as a necessity now, just like food and diapers. The recent surge in gun ownership is due to political factors, and the people who in normal times would have spent the money on shiny new hubcaps are now buying guns instead.
If only one out of ten of these NEW gun owners (10%), who just bought guns for war, were ready and willing to use them, the enemy doesn’t stand a chance. Add to them all the millions who have always been prepared for this, and the size of our army is incalculable. It will only require a small percentage of America’s population to produce an army that’s impossible to conquer.
That’s why I think this will be over real quick. There will be one precipitous event that causes Americans across the country to leave their homes carrying their guns, and there will be no one capable of stopping them. The SWAT teams will be hiding, the politicians will disappear to remote corners of the globe, and the rest of our enemies will be difficult to find too.
The Chinese aren’t stupid either. They also know they have no chance of winning, but they may be interested in getting rid of a few million extra people. They’ll probably send all their criminals here if they come at all.
If one event causes Americans to walk out of their homes armed, this war is over without a shot being fired, because no one is stupid enough to attempt to oppose that unstoppable force, and anyone who does will be ground up like chop meat really quickly. Just leave your house with your rifle slung over your shoulder when your neighbors do, and this is over.
It hasn’t happened yet because NOBODY wants war. It’s the last resort, and people will endure a lot before they make that decision, because it’s a big decision to make. Now they’re being forced to decide, and that’s a big mistake on the part of our enemy.
Their plans have always relied on the people being deceived, and believing what they see on the evening news, and that’s simply not the case anymore. Our enemy lost this war as soon as they lost the propaganda war, because the shooting war that results from losing the propaganda war, puts them up against an unconquerable army. It’s that simple.
