Three Celestial Events In One Day: Total Solar Eclipse, Supermoon And Asteroid Flyby

World Events and the Bible

Interesting? Of course. Something to freak out over with shouts of impending doom? Absolutely not. I have seen Christians and others all over the internet freaking out about this and Pastors claiming it is impending doom.

Have people lost all common sense? What kind of leader freaks out over a celestial event? God needs clear minded honest people to help His people not alarmist. Everyone calm down and use your mind to think for yourself. No asteroid is going to blow up the earth have you not read?

Genesis 8:22
22 “While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.”

Further, our Father HIMSELF will destroy this earth age by fire at His return and not a moment before(2 Peter 3:7).

If every time some event happens and you run around telling people its Biblical doom you loose your credibility and to put it bluntly it paints you a fool. If you listen to a fool that makes you a bigger fool than them. I surely am no sage, but this seems to be a common sense issue and I ask everyone to use their common sense as well.

Ecclesiastes 7:5
5 “It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.”

Eclipse

If you were to go to Indonesia for the eclipse, you would be to the west of the international date line, where the calendar date will be Wednesday, March 9. The narrow path of totality — where the moon’s dark cone of shadow, called the umbra, will track across the Earth — begins here, and then stretches eastward across the Pacific Ocean. Roughly three-quarters of the way east along the eclipse track, it crosses the date line, and correspondingly, the date will transition from Wednesday, March 9, to Tuesday, March 8. So, here, we have the unusual circumstance of an eclipse beginning the day after it ends! [March 2016 Solar Eclipse – Mostly Out to Sea]

Supermoon

The moon turns new on March 8 or 9, 2016, depending on your time zone. The new moon happens one day before the moon reaches lunar perigee – the moon’s closest point to Earth in its orbit. Thus this new moon counts as a supermoon. It won’t be visible in our sky, but it’ll line up with the sun to create a larger-than-average effect on Earth’s oceans. Plus this new supermoon swings right in front of the sun, so if you’re at the right place on Earth, you might be able to view the new moon silhouette in front of the sun (but remember to use proper eye protection). Asteroid

Back in February, NASA announced that an asteroid was going to shoot across the sky on March 5 — and that it’d come close enough to actually see through a backyard telescope.

However, the space agency just revised its calculations. It now expects the rogue space rock to swing by a few days later on March 8 and, to the disappointment of avid skywatchers, it probably won’t come close enough to see.

More importantly: No, it’s not going to hit us, but there’s a chance it could come tantalizingly close to faking us out.

  1. There are a billion celestial events happening today (and everyday). Three of them happen to be visible from Earth, which is invisible to almost everything else.

  2. Everyone who believed the “Shemitah” crap last year now look like idiots…I truly think God just wants us to enjoy these phenomena not panic over them…but, thanks to today’s chemtrail spraying, they’ll be really hard to see here!

  3. When one eventually hits us , none of us will know
