In Chapter 6 of our study we discussed “The Hour of Temptation” which is the Tribulation of Satan, his time on earth which is the final week of the seventy weeks in the book of Daniel. We learned the final week is a seven year long period that was shortened to a five month period as documented by Jesus Christ. We also discussed and documented from God’s Word how Satan will make a “covenant” with world leaders at the beginning of that week.
In this Chapter we discuss the “Silence in Heaven” which occurs at the “Midst of the Week”. The “Midst of the Week” is the middle of the Tribulation, the moment in time when the Tribulation escalates dramatically as Heaven and earth witness what has never occurred before.
The “Midst of the Week” is the time when Satan has absolute control over the earth’s governments, absolute control of the sixth kingdom.
The time when Satan will reign claiming to be God.
The time when “the woman” is nourished in the wilderness.
The time when Satan makes war with the Saints as the Two Witnesses make their grand appearance to lock arms with the Saints.
It is the final months of this age of flesh.
Before we start our Bible study, let us ask our Father for wisdom and understanding of His Word, in Jesus Name amen.

It is important to understand while the Tribulation was shortened from the original seven year long period down to just five months, the original time has been preserved for consistency in the book of Revelation for much of the prophecy we will discuss.
Why is this important?
This is the key we use in order to understand the length of the original Tribulation and to understand when each event will transpire during the Tribulation.
Now that we understand the final week in the book of Daniel is a seven year long period, we should understand and pay attention to the fact that seven years consists of 84 months or 2,520 days. Satan is here for that entire time as he makes a “covenant with many for one week”. Satan is on earth for the entire week, the entire Tribulation (Daniel 9:27).
However, we are going to learn the Two Witnesses allotted time is only 1,260 days, which is half of the Tribulation and half of the time that has been allocated for Satan.
It is important to understand, the Tribulation, which is the final week in the book of Daniel is equal to seven years, the same 84 months, the same 2,520 days, the same One Hour which has all been shortened down to a five month period.
The Silence In Heaven
With that laid out, please turn your Bible with me to,
Revelation 8:1
1 “And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.”
Having just read Chapter 6 of our study titled, “The Hour of Temptation,” we know the Tribulation of Satan spans a One Hour period. We are going to learn this “Silence in Heaven” begins at the “Midst of the Week“, the middle of the Tribulation when Satan takes absolute control of the world’s governments, a subject we will cover later in this study (Revelation 13:7).
We are going to turn our Bible to Revelation 12, but before we do it is very important to understand the book of Revelation is not in chronological order. It jumps around so you have to stay very focused on the subject and the events that are transpiring to have a true understanding of what is taking place.
Revelation 12 also covers one of the longest portions of time in God’s Word, from The First Earth Age to the Tribulation of Satan which is future to us.
In order to document when the “Silence in Heaven” takes place we will now turn our Bible to,
Revelation 12:7
7 “And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,”
The war in Heaven is the moment in time when Satan and his angels are cast from Heaven to the earth by Michael and his angels. But woe to us on earth.
Revelation 12:8
8 “And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.”
When our Father issues an order it is final and carried out to completion.
Revelation 12:9
9 “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.”
This verse documents Satan has many different names and titles.
During the Tribulation Satan will deceive the inhabitants of the earth who do not have the Seal of God as we discussed in Chapter 6 of our study.
In verse 9 Satan and his angels have been cast from Heaven to earth which starts the Tribulation, the same One Hour, the same one week, the same seven years, the same five months (Daniel 9:27).
Revelation 12:10
10 “And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.”
This loud voice came from Heaven at the beginning of the Tribulation, the beginning of the Seventieth Week, the beginning of the Hour of Temptation, the first half an hour.
This loud voice in Heaven documents it is not possible for the “Silence in Heaven” to begin during the first half an hour when Satan “the accuser” is cast out. This proves the “Silence in Heaven” begins at the “Midst of the Week“, the middle of the Tribulation, the last half an hour.
Let us continue.
Revelation 12:11
11 “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.”
Who are “they”?
The brethren who are the Saints that have the Seal of God who make a stand and overcome Satan with the Testimony of Christ, a subject we will discuss later in this study.
Many people become concerned with the last portion of this verse. The Saints “loved not their own lives unto the death”. Common sense should tell us, you cannot overcome Satan in the flesh and also die, so we know there is more to this verse. Further, we know the Saints overcome from verse 11 and Daniel 7:25-27.
I want to note, this word “the” in “the death,” is added to the scripture in order to make the sentence structure flow in the English language. All we are talking about is the Saints putting God first, not themselves, with this Testimony being a witness before the entire world as they are delivered up before “him that had the power of death, that is, the devil,” (Hebrews 2:14, Luke 21:12-18).
Satan is the Devil and death is one of his titles. Satan first earned this title in The First Earth Age during Satan’s rebellion which brought about death itself. Satan has the power of death to the degree our Father will allow.
Revelation 12:12
12 “Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.”
When Satan and his wicked angels are cast from Heaven to earth there is a “loud voicesaying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.”
Then great rejoicing in Heaven begins as Satan is no longer present. At that point, the Heavens know it is only a short time before the Saints ‘overcome Satan by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony,’ (Revelation 12:10-11).
The “loud voice” and ‘great rejoicing’ that take place in Heaven when Satan is cast out document for us, without a doubt, the “Silence in Heaven” does not begin at the beginning of the Tribulation, which is the Hour of Temptation.
Therefore the “Silence in Heaven” begins at the “Midst of the Week“ as the Heavens witness what has never transpired before.
The “Midst of the Week” is the moment when Satan has absolute control of the world’s governments, control of the sixth kingdom and the point in time when the whole world accepts him as God. Satan will then wage a spiritual war against the Saints as the Two Witnesses make their grand appearance.
I want you to understand Satan accuses the Saints before God in Heaven day and night. When Satan is cast to earth his persecution of the Saints will not stop, rather it will increase dramatically, but now Satan will do it before the eyes of men.
We outlined in Chapter 6 of our study how the world will worship Satan as he puts on great displays of supernatural acts from the beginning. Satan will persecute and accuse the Saints and the Two Witnesses of being false teachers and prophets for not accepting him as God.
The Midst of the Week
Please turn your Bible with me to,
Revelation 13:5
5 “And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.”
How long is the Tribulation?
One week, the same One Hour, the same seven years, the same 84 months, the same 2,520 days, the same five month period (shortened).
At the “Midst of the Week“, 42 months into the Tribulation, Satan who is the “vile person” finally ‘obtains the kingdom by peace and flatteries’ and we know this “kingdom” is the sixth kingdom from Chapter 1 of our study (Daniel 11:21). Satan is granted control of the earth, “power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations” and Satan reigns claiming to be God who has brought His Kingdom to earth (Revelation 13:7, 2 Thessalonians 2).
Satan ‘continues’ for an additional 42 months, meaning to continue doing what he was already doing since the beginning of the Tribulation.
That was lying and deceiving the world claiming to be our Father by displaying miraculous acts before men. Daniel 11:22 tells us “with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken.”
The word “arms” (Strong’s word: H2220) means “force”, while “overflown” (Strong’s word: H7857) means, “to inundate” to “thoroughly wash away”.
Our Father uses symbolism so you can have a greater and deeper understanding of a subject.
The lies and deception of Satan and his angels will inundate the world as the force of a flood and thoroughly wash away their will to resist his lies. This spiritual flood will wash away those who are not Sealed against it, those who failed to board their spiritual ark, those who had pleasure in unrighteousness (2 Thessalonians 2:12).
Further, Satan has a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, the same event documented in Daniel 7:8 by the “Little Horn” as they are one in the same entity.
Revelation 13:6
6 “And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.”
Satan is blaspheming our Father by claiming to be Him (2 Thessalonians 2). The Heavens are blasphemed as Satan and his angels will claim to have brought the Kingdom of God to earth, but it is a flood of lies, instead, it is Satan’s seventh kingdom.
Revelation 13:7
7 “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.”
At the “Midst of the Week” the people of the earth are thoroughly convinced Satan is God, so much so that Satan is granted absolute control of the world’s governments, the sixth kingdom that reigns over the earth.
This is the time when Satan makes spiritual war with the Saints who will call him out for the liar he is.
The world will have utterly bought into Satan’s lies and deception, having been swept away by his flood. While the Saints, those who are Sealed with our Father’s Worddeliver a damning Testimony against Satan and his Beast Government.
The “Midst of the Week,” which is the middle of the Tribulation, escalates dramatically with Heaven literally on the edge of their seats as they watch silently the final moments of this age of flesh. This point in time marks the beginning of the “Silence in Heaven” (Revelation 8:1).
Satan “overcomes” the Saints in verse 7 as they are in his hand, under his earthly authority during the Tribulation. The Saints will not have “freedoms” during the Tribulation as they will not partake of Satan’s Beast Government, meaning they cannot buy or sell (Revelation 13:17).
Further, Satan “shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever,” (Daniel 7:18-25).
Do not read over that.
While Satan will wear down the Saints; mentally, physically and spiritually they will overcome Satan “by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony,” (Revelation 12:11).
In Revelation 14, we can document the Saints who are the 144,000 are redeemed from the earth. They effectively overcome Satan while Luke 21:18 promises not one hair will be harmed on the head of those who stand against Satan. We thoroughly documented this in our study, “The Saints And Their Role In The Tribulation”.
This “time and times and the dividing of time” that we just read from Daniel 7:25 is 3.5 times which is equal to 3.5 years, the same 42 months, the same 1,260 days, the same 2.5 months on a shortened Tribulation timeline. This portion of time signifies the latter half of the Tribulation as Satan is at war with the Saints (Revelation 13:7).
Both the book of Daniel and Revelation document Satan’s war with the Saints covers half the Tribulation, the final half hour. We will discuss this epic spiritual battle in great depths in Chapter 8 of our study.
The Woman in the Wilderness
Our Father’s Letter is so detailed and full of knowledge we can come to understand many subjects within just a single chapter or verse. While we covered Revelation 12earlier in this study we are going to cover it once more only using different verses.
In Revelation 12:7-9 we learned that Satan was cast from Heaven “out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him”.
We also learned Satan will “make war with the saints” at the “Midst of the Week“, yet the Saints “overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony,” (Revelation 12:11).
Let us now resume our reading in Revelation 12 with Satan being cast from Heaven to earth.
Revelation 12:13
13 “And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the womanwhich brought forth the man child.”
This woman is described in the first five verses of Revelation 12 and she is symbolic for the Twelve Tribes of Israel, in the future sense, the 144,000 who are the Saints that have the Seal of God. We can also think of her as Eve who the Twelve Tribes of Israel would come through. Of course this man child is Jesus Christ so the woman can even represent Mary in a symbolical sense.
While Satan accused the Saints during his time in Heaven, now on earth Satan will persecute the Saints face to face. There are many different types of persecution and we can document during the Tribulation it will be one big war of words, among other events (Daniel 7:20; 7:8, 2 Thessalonians 2:8, Luke 21:15, Revelation 9:17-19, 11:5, 12:15-16, 16:13, 19:5,21).
As we documented in Chapter 6 of our study, from the very beginning of the Tribulation the world will embrace Satan believing him to be our Father, except for the Saints that have the Seal of God.
Naturally, the Saints will be the outcasts of the world and Satan will persecute them for their refusal to believe and worship him as God (Revelation 13:5-17).
Revelation 12:14
14 “And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.”
The first thing we should understand is this “time and times and half a time” is half of the Tribulation being the last half an hour as we will document.
In verse 13 we were told Satan “persecuted the woman” and in verse 14 we are told she is given a place in the wilderness “from the face of the serpent” who is Satan.
Common sense tells us it takes time to be persecuted. Persecution is not instant, the woman cannot be persecuted and in the same instant also flee to the wilderness.
When Satan appears on earth, first he will need to understand who the Saints are if he does not know already. This means it is extremely possible the Saints were speaking out against Satan just before the Tribulation in order for Satan to understand who to persecute.
In the very least, some time is required during the first half an hour, the first portion of the Tribulation not only for Satan to acquire his authority, but for the world to understand who the Saints are and why they should be persecuted to begin with.
Remember, Satan ‘comes in peaceably and obtains the kingdom by flatteries,’ (Daniel 11:31). Satan cannot come in forcefully and without cause persecute an innocent people. First, Satan must set the stage, then he will be able to obtain absolute control over the sixth kingdom in addition to the seventh kingdom that he brings to the earth with him.
So naturally it will take time for this to unfold and that will begin to transpire during the opening stages of the Tribulation, the first half an hour, the first 3.5 years which is the first 2.5 months of the Tribulation on the shortened timeline.
This “time and times and a half a time” is repeated in verse 6 as 1,260 days. The same amount of time, just given to us in a different format which is also provided in the book of Daniel.
Revelation 12:15
15 “And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.”
Revelation is full of symbology, serpents do not cast water out of their mouth. This serpent is Satan as we have already documented.
This water, this flood is Satan’s flood of lies and deception. Satan and his angels will continually unleash this flood upon the earth at their arrival and specifically in this verse the flood is directed at “the woman“. This is the flood we discussed earlier in this study that will “thoroughly wash away the people” in a spiritual sense.
At this point in time, the people of the earth will wrongly believe Satan is God and pledge their allegiance to him, an event known as the “Great Apostasy”.
Revelation 12:16
16 “And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.”
The earth is specifically mentioned so you understand where this event will transpire, verse 9 and 13 document this as well. This is a future event.
The earth cannot take action to help anyone, but our Father can and He does. What we have here is more symbology. Symbology that describes our Father protecting His Saints who are identified as “the woman“ due to the persecution of Satan.
“The great dragon, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan” all the same entity, we are just given different names, stay focused. Remember, this is not a literal serpent, it is Satan. This is not a literal flood, it is Satan’s lies and deception that we covered in Chapter 6 of our study (also read: As in the Days of Noah and the End Times Flood of Lies).
Satan’s flood will last for the entire Tribulation, yet the ultimate lie will manifest itself at the “Midst of the Week” when Satan takes absolute control of the sixth kingdom and makes war with the Saints, a war that will last for 1,260 days (2.5 months shortened).
Revelation 12:17
17 “And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.”
Satan the Dragon was what?
Wroth, angry with “the woman“, which is symbolic for the Twelve Tribes of Israel, the Saints who are Sealed by God and make up the 144,000 from Revelation 7.
Notice, since “the woman” is now protected and away from Satan’s grasp, Satan goes to “make war with the remnant of her seed”.
We are going to break this thought down, stay very focused.
We know this spiritual war against the Saints takes places at the “Midst of the Week” from Revelation 13:7 and Daniel 7:21. We must also understand verse 17 not only documents Satan’s war with the Saints, those identified as “the remnant of her seed”, but explains “the woman” is protected and we know this occurs at “The Midst of the Week”.
It is not logical to believe this protection occurs during the first half of the Tribulation as “the woman” is only protected for 1,260 days, which is half of the Tribulation. If the protection was removed at the “Midst of the Week“, Satan would be able to war against her as well.
Think about that for a moment…
From Revelation 7 we know the Saints that have the Seal of God consist of 144,000 with 12,000 from each of the Twelve Tribes of Israel making that total. So how can “the woman” who is symbolic of the Twelve Tribes of Israel be protected and Satan make war with “the remnant of her seed”, her offspring, who are also a part of the Twelve Tribes of Israel?
We know God’s Word contains no contradictions, so we need to ensure we rightly divide the Word of Truth.
What we have here is a separate group of Saints.
One group is not directly engaged in the spiritual war against Satan. These Saints are identified as “the woman” in the wilderness who are protected “from the face of the serpent” (Satan) for a “thousand two hundred and threescore days” (1,260 days), being the last half of the Tribulation (Revelation 12:6;14).
On the other hand, the group of Saints identified as “the remnant of her seed” are directly engaged in spiritual warfare against Satan as it was explicitly stated in verse 17.
Further, Daniel 7:25 tells us the Saints are given into Satan’s hand for “a time and times and the dividing of time” which is the “Midst of the Week”, the final half of the Tribulation. Not that they are protected in the wilderness for that same duration, documenting a different group of Saints.
This is the way our Father has always operated. Using a few to accomplish great things. From the days of Egypt our Father used a single man, Moses, to lead the Israelites out of Egyptian bondage. He used Twelve Apostles to share the Word of Christ with the world. He used a young man named David to destroy a giant named Goliath and led Israel to victory. Were other people involved? Absolutely.
Before we move forward, it is extremely important to understand both “the woman” and “the remnant of her seed” are Sealed with our Father’s Word. Both groups of Saints make up the 144,000 found in Revelation 7, yet each group will serve a different role for our Father during the Tribulation. We all should understand it is mathematically impossible for 144,000 people to be delivered up to Satan during a five month Tribulation and Satan still have time to display miracles and flood the world with lies.
Now, let us think for a moment concerning our knowledge of spiritual warfare.
We know Satan has an army called the Locust army that is actually our Father’s army as He is always in control (Joel 2:25). This army is in charge of the negative aspects found in our Father’s Word while the Saints who are the Elect and the Two Witnesses make up the positive army in our Father’s Word.
I want you to remember, an army consists of many people in different positions that all serve in a different fashion, but all march toward the same goal. Some serve as the Colonel, Major, Captain and Lieutenant, but they are all important to our Father (1 Peter 1:17). The many membered body of Christ should come to mind. A church typically has a lead Pastor and several other Pastors who all fill separate niches. Then you have the congregation itself who helps to spread the Word, and all of these individuals are important in our Father’s plan.
The group of Saints identified as “the woman” I believe serve a different aspect in our Father’s army. While the Saints identified as the “remnant of her seed” that Satan wars against are directly involved in this great spiritual battle. They are on the front lines and will be delivered up before ‘councils, kings’ and some of them to Satan himself.
What does Satan do in verse 17?
Satan “went to make war with the remnant of her seed,” (Revelation 12:17). This word “remnant” is Strong’s word G3062 and it means, “remaining ones”. Satan went to make war with the ‘remaining ones,’ being the Saints who were not removed “from the face of the serpent,” into the wilderness on earth (Revelation 12:14).
There are no contradictions in our Father’s Letter. What has clearly been laid out here is different positions within the Saints. Some are “removed from the face of the serpent”, they are not raptured, they are simply out of Satan’s grasp and perform other functions for God away from Satan’s clutches, while some of the Saints are in the trenches directly engaged in spiritual warfare against Satan (Ephesians 6).
I also want to point out this word “seed” is Strong’s word G4690 and it means “offspring”, we are talking about the literal descendants of the Twelve Tribes of Israel, those who along with “the woman” make up the 144,000 of Revelation 7.
On another level “if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise,” (Galatians 3:29). We know the Twelve Tribes of Israel stem from Abraham.
The point here is while this is specific to the Twelve Tribes we have all been grafted into Salvation through Christ. I believe the Sealing consists of many more than just the 144,000, it is for “whomsoever will” among the other tribes of the earth (Revelation 22:17).
We can document that to a degree.
In Revelation 7:9 there is ‘a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues who stood before’ our Father’s throne, these are overcomers as well. Remember, God’s Word, the Bible is about Adam and his family so that is primarily who is covered and not necessarily all of the peoples of the earth.
We have another indicator between these two groups of Saints. We are told Satan “went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.”
We all have and carry the testimony of Jesus Christ which is made apparent when we discuss Him with others. I feel all of the Saints will bring forward a testimony during the Tribulation. For some, their testimony will be before their family, friends, neighbors and local strangers. However, there is a very specific testimony that will be made extremely public during the Tribulation.
The Saints identified as “the remnant of her seed” will bring The Testimony spoken of in Revelation 12:17 right to Satan and his Beast Government for the entire world to see. This Testimony will be a dramatic escalation in the spiritual warfare against Satan.
What is that Testimony?
“The Testimony”
Please turn your Bible with me to,
Luke 21:12
12 “But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name’s sake.”
In verse 7 the Disciples asked Christ about His Return, “when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?”
Christ explained in the twelfth verse we just read and He will explain not only this Testimony, but what happens to those that have it.
Luke 21:13
13 “And it shall turn to you for a testimony.”
What will turn to the Saints for a testimony? The Holy Spirit.
Luke 21:14-15
14 “Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:”
15 “For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.”
Who will give the Saints a mouth full of wisdom?
Jesus Christ.
It will be Christ through the Holy Spirit that provides the Saints with His Testimony.
The Saints will be given a mouth full of wisdom when they are delivered up before “kings, rulers” and Satan. The words that will be spoken at this point in time will be so convincing and powerful no one will be able to speak against them. We should be reminded of “The Lesson of Pentecost Day”.
This is not something that has transpired before, this is an event reserved for the Tribulation and Matthew and Mark also provide a double and triple witness to that fact.
Our Lord and Savior provides the Saints with a great example of how they should respond when they are delivered up before “kings, rulers” and Satan.
Jesus Christ Himself was delivered up by the “jews” which simply means someone of the tribe of Judah or someone residing in the region of Judea. We know the children of Satan go by that name and they are the ones who had Christ killed. Those of the True Tribe of Judah would have never killed Christ, they would have recognized Him for the Savior He was and this is why Christ would tell the Pharisees, ‘they are not His Sheep’ (John 10:1-21).
The take away here is when Christ was delivered up before Pilate He spoke very few words, in one instance He spoke none.
Yet “He was accused of the chief priests and elders, He answered nothing. Then said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee? And He answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly,” (Matthew 27:12-14).
Pilate would marvel as Christ was being shouted down and literally condemned to death, yet He remained silent.
This is an example for the Saints to remain silent ensuring it is not they that speak, but the Holy Spirit that speaks through them when it is time. This will provide a witness the world cannot deny.
Luke 21:16
16 “And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.”
Ensure you rightly divide the Word of Truth here. If we apply common sense alone then we understand no father or mother would deliver their child to death.
As we already documented Satan is “death” from Hebrews 2:14, Satan is “the destroyer” which brought “death” upon Egypt and we know the Saints overcome Satan by the Word of this very Testimony (Exodus 12:23). This verse is simply explaining the Saints will be delivered up to Satan by their family members looking to convert them no doubt.
Luke 21:17
17 “And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake.”
Even today Christianity is constantly being pushed out of our lives and our Christian brothers and sisters are continually mocked for their beliefs.
Can you imagine what it will be like when a few people, those with the Seal of God stand against Satan, his Beast Government and the entire world? When the Saints call out Satan for the abomination he is?
It will literally be a historical moment, unprecedented, a few will successfully standagainst Satan, his angels and 7 billion souls with the Holy Spirit delivering the Testimony of Christ through them. The Saints will be hated for not believing in the perceived Christ just as the Two Witnesses will be hated as well (Revelation 11:10).
Luke 21:18
18 “But there shall not an hair of your head perish.”
This verse absolutely locks in the fact the Saints not only stand for God against Satan, but they do not perish, “they overcame him (Satan) by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony,” the Testimony of Christ (Revelation 12:11;17).
The Two Witnesses
The Saints which have The Testimony of Christ will not stand alone, they will make their stand alongside the Two Witnesses at the “Midst of the Week”.
Please turn your Bible with me to,
Revelation 11:3
3 “And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.”
“A thousand two hundred and threescore days.” That is 1,260 days, the same 42 months, the same 3.5 years, the same 2.5 months (shortened) which is the final half of the Tribulation.
As we will learn, the Two Witnesses die 3.5 days before the Return of Christ locking in their arrival on earth to the “Midst of the Week“. The same point in time when Satan has absolute control of the world’s governments, the time Satan makes war with the Saints.
It should be extremely clear to us at this point, the time of the Two Witnesses (1260 days, 42 months) is only half of the time allocated for Satan (2520 days, 84 months). The Two Witnesses will not appear on earth until the “Midst of the Week” when Satan declares war on the Saints.
Revelation 11:4
4 “These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.”
You can read more about the Two Witnesses in Zechariah 4 where they are referred to as the Two Candlesticks.
Revelation 11:5
5 “And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.”
Fire will not literally come out of their mouth. The point here is no one is going to harm the Two Witnesses until it is their time to die at the hand of Satan.
On another level, it is important to understand our Father is a Consuming Fire and it is His Spirit that will burn those who hate Him while warming those who love Him. Remember, we are supposed to be kindling His Fire and the Two Witnesses are going to kick that into high gear (Luke 12:49).
Revelation 11:6
6 “These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.”
This should remind us of the plagues that befell Egypt before the Israelites were set free to start their journey to their promised land. Essentially, the Tribulation of Satan is a repeat of the Egyptian bondage of old.
For us, it will be the final days of this age of flesh as we march out of Babylon and into our Promised Land, the Eternal Kingdom of God.
Revelation 11:7
7 “And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.”
As we have learned the Saints will bring forward the Testimony of Christ as will the Two Witnesses though they will suffer a physical death. This documents the Two Witnesses will be in the flesh, though I believe they will be sent from Heaven.
Revelation 11:8
8 “And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.”
This will occur in Jerusalem and you can bet the entire world will witness this. We live in an electronic age where most of the world has access to some form of communication that spans the globe in a blink of an eye.
Are you beginning to understand why there is “Silence in Heaven” at the “Midst of the Week”?
All of the Angels in Heaven will literally be on the edge of their seat as they witness these final unprecedented events unfold.
Revelation 11:9
9 “And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.”
This pinpoints our moment in time. We are now 3.5 days from the return of Jesus Christ.
We should also note, as Jonah was a sign for Christ, Christ was an example of the final role the Two Witnesses will play during the last half of the Tribulation.
While the flesh bodies of the Two Witnesses will die just as Christ’s flesh body, they will rise 3.5 days later just as Christ resurrected.
Why will the world not put the bodies of the Two Witnesses into graves?
At the time of Christ the Pharisees claimed the Disciples stole the body of Jesus and the leaders of the earth want to make sure that is not a possibility with the Two Witnesses (Matthew 28:1-15). Further, it transpires this way as our Father wants the world to see the moment the Two Witnesses stand upon their feet.
Revelation 11:10
10 “And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.”
The Two Witnesses tormented the people of the earth with Truth, just as the Saints will “be hated of all men for My name’s sake,” for delivering the Testimony of Christ (Luke 21:17).
Revelation 11:11
11 “And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.”
The moment the Two Witnesses rise will cause a paralyzing fear for the inhabitants of the earth who worshipped and accepted Satan as God.
I have no doubt, the Two Witnesses will proclaim to the world ‘our Father is returning’ and they will foretell of their resurrection of 3.5 days after their death, just as Christ told the Apostles the same.
Revelation 11:12
12 “And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.”
Paralyzed by fear and shame, the people of the earth will literally wish for mountains to crumble on top of them as they will realize they were deceived by Satan’s flood of lies and deception (Revelation 6:16).
Revelation 11:13
13 “And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.”
The “remnant.”
The “remaining ones” that are a part of the 144,000 from the Twelve Tribes of Israel which have their “Father’s name written in their foreheads.”
The Saints will ‘overcome Satan by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony.’ They will honor our Father as they realize all of their struggles are finally over, when they witness the Return of Jesus Christ “with power and great glory”! (Luke 21:27, Revelation 12:11, 14:1)
Starting with the prophesy from Daniel, almost everything stated is in error. The last week of Daniel’s prophesy of 490 years for Judah ended when He, the Lord Jesus, died for the sins of the world, and rose by the power of God, in the midst of that week, then after the last three and a half years, the times of the gentiles began when He chose Paul as the apostle to seek out the dispersed of Israel from throughout the world they were scattered in for the next 2300 years, which is going to be cut short lest no flesh be saved alive….Pearls to be trampled underfoot of those who have no ears to hear or eyes to see…
Enjoy “thinking” you’re going through the tribulation, cuz it just isn’t going to happen. So much effort put into these teachings when it just ain’t so.
“Saved from the wrath to come.” Period, end of discussion.
Thanks Henry for posting.
Katie, remember to always rightly divide the Word. Satan’s Tribulation is not God’s Wrath. Remember what Christ prayed for in John 17:15,
“I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.”
There is no rapture. Thank you.

Brandon, your statement quoted below makes it apparent that you are teaching people that they will go through the tribulation and the time frame is when born again ones are living on the earth as you state neighbors, strangers, etc.. Again, it just ain’t so. During the tribulation discussed in Rev., we will already have been gathered together to be forever with the Lord.
“We all have and carry the testimony of Jesus Christ which is made apparent when we discuss Him with others. I feel all of the Saints will bring forward a testimony during the Tribulation. For some, their testimony will be before their family, friends, neighbors and local strangers. However, there is a very specific testimony that will be made extremely public during the Tribulation.”
Note: CAPS are for emphasis only – not shouting.
This teaching is riddled with many errors.
I can take the Bible, along with factual, proven history and blow this teaching out of the water!
Many, many years ago, a highly intelligent theologian (Note: A degree in theology doesn’t make one a ‘man of God’) wrote a 500 page commentary on Bible prophecy and in doing so he distorted prophecy timeline.
His whole purpose was to DISTORT prophecy timeline!
The theologian was an occultist!
The P’sTB has caused this distortion to become ‘accepted’ as Truth in these last days amongst believers.
Remember …Satan still rules the world… But only until the Savior returns!
If you’ve gone to Bible college/seminary, or follow those who have, then you are regurgitating lies that help rule the world.
Dallas Theological Seminary is just ONE of the greatest progenitors of modern day lies in reference to prophecy timeline – and many of it’s graduates fill the churches and airwaves these days.
But God still raises His ‘teachers’ the way He always has – He raises them HIMSELF !
And you won’t find them teaching in seminaries or on TV !
“I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: HE SHALL BAPTIZE YOU with the Holy Spirit, and with fire:”
‘Baptism with the Holy Spirit and fire’ reveals lies that are taught as Truth.
Because it’s the Holy Spirit that leads us into all Truth … NOT any man!
“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, HE WILL GUIDE YOU INTO ALL TRUTH: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”
No ‘man’ should be teaching us either… NO MAN ! …
“But the anointing (Baptism of the Holy Spirit and fire) which ye have received from Him abideth in you, AND YE HAVE NO NEED THAT ANY MAN TEACH YOU . But as the same anointing teacheth you OF ALL THINGS, and IS TRUTH and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him.”
The ‘timing’ of the (so-called) “rapture” is not a secret.
The ‘timing’ of the Great Tribulation is not a secret.
The mark of the beast is not a secret.
The mark put on Cain’s forehead is not a secret.
The identity of the Two witnesses is not a secret.
The identity of the Antichrist is not a secret.
Why would my Father keep the truth about these very important issues from me?
Answer: HE hasn’t !
BTW: The “Fire” in Baptism of the Holy Spirit and ‘Fire’ is God’s Word.
“Is not my word like as a fire?”
