To: Everyone Who Honors All of Our Battle Dead — This Obviously Does Not Include The National Leaders of The Department of Defense, The Navy Department, The American Legion, The Navy League and Every Member of Congress
Subject: Annual USS Liberty Memorial Service
Suppose you gave a memorial service for Americans killed in action during an attack on a US Navy ship by an enemy of the United States and nobody came.
Suppose you gave a memorial service for Americans killed in action during an attack on a US Navy ship in which that ship was ordered to be abandoned while it was still under attack and calling for help and nobody came.
Suppose you gave a memorial service for Americans killed in action during an attack on a US Navy ship in which among the awards won by the officers and crew of that ship are the Medal of Honor, two Navy Crosses, eleven Silver Stars, twenty Bronze Stars, nine Navy Commendations, 208 Purple Hearts, 294 Combat Action Ribbons and the Presidential Unit Citation which makes it among the most decorated ships for a single action in US Navy history and nobody came.
Impossible you say? Not so. In fact it happens every year. On June 8th of every year — the anniversary of the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty — USS Liberty survivors and our families gather to hold a memorial service in Washington DC. This year it was held in the Navy Memorial.
Members of Congress were invited to send an official representative to honor our fallen shipmates as were the Department of Defense and Navy Department, The American Legion, the Navy League and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
These are all organizations who never miss an opportunity to honor the American military especially those who have been Killed in Action during an attack by an enemy of the United States.
Well, almost never.
The Department of Defense was a no-show.
The Navy Department was a no-show.
The American Legion was a no-show.
The Navy League was a no-show.
Congress was a no-show.
This is nothing new. We’ve been holding an annual memorial service in Washington, DC for decades. They’re always invited but they NEVER attend a memorial service for USS Liberty KIA. At most a ten minute drive from their offices to honor American fallen sailors and none of those organizations could be bothered to send a single official representative.
Being selected for special treatment is nothing new to USS Liberty survivors. You’d think that by now we’d be used to it.
We are the first ship to be attacked by forces declared to be hostile to the United States then ordered to be abandoned by US Navy forces in the Mediterranean while we were still under attack and calling for help.
We are the first ship in US naval history since World War II to be torpedoed during an attack that has never been investigated by the US government.
This is special treatment we can do without and with your help can ensure comes to a halt.

Judge Napolitano: Constitution V Quarantine
As ex Navy Corpsman, 1st responder w/ 2 science degrees and medical training, I am compelled to present medical and scientific commentary links about government protected and unregulated WARP SPEED INJECTION WARS that the media refuses to address until forced against the ropes of public inquiry at which point they desperately lie. For 50 years I researched and published social and environmental issues like acid rain and tree health. My research articulates the history of chemical and biological warfare.
We travel the country distributing our Independent News, Pray Or Be Prey cards, flyers, and Civil Defense Magazine information before the internet came into existence. We put info cards on car windows in parking lots where we find more unsupervised infants than pets. While on “chemo” I went to cancer survivor meetings to see what made them different from the ones who did not survive. Was it lifestyle? Was it love? They were at the meetings to keep in “fight mode” by helping others with cancer. Facing my own demise I travelled USA to say goodbye to relatives only to watch my country and the world die as they purchased one way ticket to Hades using their own souls as cheap fare only to wander face diaper facelessly cowering and kneeling to their non existant Covid god boogeyman. You will soon find that there are things worse than death and you have gained them all. All you had to say is, “I DO NOT CONSENT!” and your Covid demon would just go away.

I went to the website in this article and listened to a couple of Judge Napolitano’s arguments. He pretends he is walking a fine line with his pockets full of gold and his limousine. He speaks in half truths and he speaks of natural law, the ratified law of the Bill of Rights, out of one side of his mouth while attempting to legitimatize the corporate tyranny that he is a part of and that fills his pockets with gold out of the other.
This isn’t rocket science. He speaks of the 9th Amendment which is the 9th Article which declares our rights to be unalienable, impossible to take away or give up, and then declares that we can contract them away. Any contract in the united states of the Americas is dependent upon authority, the ultimate authority being the Constitution that never was because the first Congress and the traitor George Washington unlawfully, that is not through the ratification process, created the Supreme Court and the Attorney General’s Office in order to capture the individual’s right to prosecute their individual life within the autonomy of the common law.
When the Bill of Rights is ratified on December 15, 1791, the criminal act of the first Congress and George Washington are nullified by the 9th Article of that separate body of law, which is the supreme law and supersedes the Constitution.
Napolitano attempts to misinterpret the 9th Article and then the 10th. The Bill of Rights is the supreme superior law apart from the federal Constitution or any state Constitution, as any authority that contradicts the American common law, which is the Bill of Rights, is forbidden to the states as the 10th Article clearly states.
Never will you see Napolitano hold up the people’s superior and separate laws, the Bill of Rights, and explain what he knows to be absolutely true, and that is that what he calls the government is a corporation, unlawfully chartered in violation of the 9th and 10th Articles of the people’s law and the people’s jurisdiction, creating a corporate monarchy. (See Title 28, Definition 15) And you will never hear him declare that the 14th Amendment was likewise created in violation of the 9th and 10th Articles for the purpose of subjugating the people for the unlawful corporation.
Napolitano is acting as a relief valve, presenting the illusion that the jurisdiction of the administrative admiralty, which he serves as a member of the private bar, is somehow going to correct the unlawful situation they, the private corporate lawyers, created.
They have removed our common law courts. They have removed our exclusive right to arrest and prosecute with the autonomy of our common law, again that being the Bill of Rights. They try to send you down a rabbit trail in trying to mix old English common law into the Bill of Rights to confuse and dilute the meaning of the absolute fact contained within those unalienable articles.
On October 19, 1781, with the surrender at Yorktown, everything English, including their common law, ceased to have any effect in the newly created united states of America, as the authority for their laws had been shot out of this country. In 1791 the united states of America common law was born in the body of the Bill of Rights and no other law can supersede it, even constitutional law is subordinate to the American common law.
This is a psy-op and we are at the point that as our courts have been removed, our rights can only be asserted as they were at Lexington and Concorde, through the barrel of a gun.
F-k you Napolitano. You are practiced at double speak, but those in the past who declared the natural law and made it the ratified absolute superior law declaring the superior jurisdiction of the individual over any corporate or government entity make you look like a retard. Your arguments are full of holes big enough to drive a semi through and you and the rest of the traitors operating in the unlawful administrative admiralty in attempting to rule the people through unlawful legislation that attempts to nullify the people’s autonomy via the common law Bill of Rights will fail and every f-king one of you will be tried by we the people and you will hang for your treachery. Now go get your manicure and cruise back home in your limousine and think about the tens of millions who have solved the puzzle and are going to have our sovereignty and autonomy returned and enforced, as we will be the ones returning and enforcing it.
This is a pathetic attempt to bamboozle the people and it will end in the destruction of the corporation, state and federal, the removal of the unlawful 14th Amendment, and the individual trials of the corporate entities in their private capacity for the violation of the people’s unalienable law.
My rights cannot be removed by any legislator. They cannot be contracted away. I cannot even give them away, and you are a f-king liar when you say they can, because no power through legislation or contract can exist as the 9th Article of the supreme law forbids it to exist.
You are going to find that though you think you have a silver tongue, we the people are not so easily conned.
