As the news emerged that Soleimani had been assassinated by, allegedly, a US missile strike on Soleimani’s convoy as he arrived in Iraq, a Twitter campaign – targeting US right wing, pro-Trump and conservative audiences – using the hashtag #TnxPOTUS4Soleimani was launched. The Twitter campaign’s hashtag was first used by these three Twitter accounts:
Above listed Twitter account @mamadou_babaei seemingly traces back to Mamadou Babaei who, according to Babaei, is developing “Barandazstorm” that Babaei describes as “a social media analysis tool that will eventually turn into a social-media based game in the near future.”
The #TnxPOTUS4Soleimani hashtag may be part of “a social-media based game“. This has not been confirmed, however.
Pro-Trump Twitter activist Mohammad Mozaffari (@mohmd_mozafari), claiming to be an Iranian Netherlands-based journalist, was the second to use the Twitter hashtag.
The third Twitter account to use the #TnxPOTUS4Soleimani hashtag was @Scorpio15400679, Scorpious. This Twitter account may be linked to a hacker collective (Anonymous) but this has yet to be confirmed or refuted.
It seems that @Scorpio15400679 (Scorpious) and the Gateway Pundit have one follower in common (as of this writing): Pahlavist Magus (AryanTheosophy). Pahlavist Magus describes himself/herself as a “conservative”, a “MAGA” supporter and an “anti-globalist”.
This information might be crucial to understand the “spontaneous” Twitter campaign because it was, provably, the Gateway Pundit who brought (or co-opted) the Twitter campaign to the earlier described US audiences. Pro-Trump propagandist @AryanTheosophy might be the link that is also at the foundation of the Twitter propaganda campaign.
Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft, who was briefly part of the White House Press Corps (to support Trump), launched his US propaganda campaign on Twitter at 12.24 pm GMT+8, January 3.
Twitter user @mamadou_babaei posted the #TnxPOTUS4Soleimani hashtag for the first time at 9.30 am GMT+8. Roughly 3 hours before Jim Hoft “broke” the story in the US.
@mohmd_mozafari posted the #TnxPOTUS4Soleimani hashtag for the first time at 9.33 am GMT+8. Three minutes after @mamadou_babaei.
@Scorpio15400679 posted the #TnxPOTUS4Soleimani hashtag for the first time at 9.35 am GMT+8.
Ten minutes later @Scorpio15400679 posted:
“from all Syrians who have been displaced
from all Iraqis who have been injured
from all Iranians who have seen their dearest fall by the Regime,
#TnxPOTUS4Soleimani”
This disinformation, clearly seeking to penetrate the narrative that by now had been created for the earlier mentioned US audiences, has helped to further shape the Pro-Trump narrative. Making it appear that the Soleimani assassination was a victory for the US government. Seemingly, only a handful of people in the target audience are aware how the narrative was created on purpose, on Twitter.
That the Twitter campaign, using the #TnxPOTUS4Soleimani hashtag, was first of all created for US audiences, and that it was not a spontaneous response by Iranian audiences, can be verified through Hashtagify and similar analytics tools.
FoxNewsChanUS
Highly likely, to further distort the flow of information, and certainly in support of Trump’s illegitimate war on Iran (initiated with the assassination of Soleimani), Twitter account @FoxNewsChanUS was created on January 3, 2020.
The Twitter account, now suspended, was a fake Fox News account promoting lies that appeared to want to discredit Iran – and Ilhan Omar (U.S. Representative for Minnesota’s 5th congressional district) specifically.
Clearly, the aim was to further polarize the US population and spark the long-talked-about coming civil war in the US, in addition to create more support for a hot war with Iran.
“Hezbollah Sleeper Cells”
In response to the manufactured #TnxPOTUS4Soleimani hashtag campaign Newswars and Infowars once again resorted to baseless fearmongering, insinuating that Hezbollah sleeper cells are ready to attack on US soil.
Clearly, the Twitter campaign has been effective in achieving what it was created for. To get the American “truther movement” to support a war with Iran. A movement that once was completely opposed to the US government and its wars in foreign lands.
Red Flag
The Iranian government on its turn, in response to the assassination of Soleimani, raised the Red Flag over the Jamkaran Mosque in Qom, Iran. Signaling to the US that the Iranian government will retaliate, a result of the absurd and mindless declaration of war by the Trump administration.
Related reports say that “millions” of Iranians took to the streets, in the past 2 days, to join and support the Soleimani funeral processions.
This indicates that a majority of Iranians exists that will support the coming actions of the Iranian government, as it will respond to the assassination of Soleimani.
With Trump showing no signs that he understands that he wrongfully has started a war with Iran, a hot war scenario is now the only option on the drawing boards.

Trump insisted on Sunday that Iranian cultural sites were fair game for the US military, dismissing concerns within his own administration that doing so would constitute a war crime under international law.
The president first raised the prospect of targeting Iranian cultural sites in a tweet on Saturday where he said the US had 52 targets in its sights.

Iraq’s Parliament Calls for Expulsion of U.S. Troops
On January 2, a day before the assassination of Soleimani, I wrote that the US military’s days in Iraq are numbered. This in response to the recent protests at the US embassy in Baghdad (the same day I also published “My 2015 Infowars ‘Truth Racket’ Prediction Was Correct“).
The following is from Reuters (emphasis added):
BAGHDAD (Reuters) – Iraq’s parliament on Sunday backed a recommendation by the prime minister that all foreign troops should be ordered out after the U.S. killing of a top Iranian military commander and an Iraqi militia leader in Baghdad.
A special session passed a resolution saying that the Shi’ite-led government, which is close to Iran, should cancel its request for assistance from a U.S.-led coalition.
“Despite the internal and external difficulties that we might face, it remains best for Iraq on principle and practically,” said caretaker premier Adel Abdul Mahdi, who resigned in November amid street protests.
He later told France’s foreign minister that Iraqi officials were working on implementing the resolution.

Rival Shi’ite Muslim leaders, including ones opposed to Iranian influence, have united since then in calling for the expulsion of U.S. troops, and Abdul Mahdi’s eventual successor is almost certain to take the same view.

Abdul Mahdi [Iraq’s Prime Minister] said he had been due to meet Soleimani the day he was killed, and that the general had been due to deliver an Iranian response to a message from Saudi Arabia that Abdul Mahdi had earlier passed to Tehran.

Crucial Role of the Resistance in the Escalating Information War
As we, the true resistance, find ourselves right in the middle of the escalating information war it is our duty to provide the public at large with the information that it needs in order to really understand the gravity of the situation – and the deception by the American right wing “alternative media” that has been going on for years and that has now reached new heights in the aftermath of the Soleimani assassination.

How Donald Trump is being used by the power structure (read: revisionist zionists) to:
- Introduce new oppressive control measures that others would not be able to get passed without too much uprising and suspicion
- Reset/wipe previous US government administrations their mistakes and failures [and blame Trump for new ones during his term(s) and the next president’s term(s)]
- Divert the international opposition (the alternative news media audiences, “conspiracy theorists”, anti war and anti government movements) to have it support the US its age-old foreign policy of more and longer wars (after 9/11 the US government was losing on this front. Not anymore since Trump took office.)
In conclusion, for now. To all real resistance outposts:
Get ALL your ducks in a row, immediately! This is what you have been training and working for, for all this time. This is where you will stand out from the rest. Here’s where you can prove that you really are the resistance that the people can count on.
When the US-Iran war escalates you are going to have to work even harder than today, to get the word out, because if what we have seen in recent days is a sign of things to come it’s going to get very messy out there and nothing will hold “them” back to try to silence and eliminate us all.
Folks, this is it. This is what the real resistance exists for.
Understand that assassinating Iran’s Soleimani is, basically, as serious as assassinating the US Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. That’s how dangerous this situation now has become. Assassinating such a top-level government official is exactly how wars can start and escalate.
