Radcon 2,3,4 show the direction that the NORM background radiation is going, if the levels are show up on the map, then the NORM background radiation is rising in the 3 month sliding scale. If the Radcon 1 ( green) shows up then the radiation has leveled off or decreasing like in Japan.
In fact, it appears that CPM levels are rising throughout the West coast now, even though RADCON 5′s are not being issued. Are RADCON 5′s ONLY issued when a 3 month high is reached? It seems that extremely high levels of radiation are consistently being reached on the West Coast now WITHOUT RADCON 5 alert being issued
two sources are better than one. Iv found this netc.com site to be showing readings WAY over normal lately but when I go to radiation network.com I dont get the same readings from the same places. The later one updates every few minuets where netc does not.
Also remember. If the level goes up for 30 days it becomes the new background number. so like here in Corvallis a reading of 118 was normal two months ago but now a 133 is. Just look to japan for that proof.
It’s really sickening how the American people are not being informed about Fukushima Radiation. When I try to alert people in my community, I’m met with the same response when I ask them if they know about the Fukushima radiation plume hitting the West Coast: “Yes, but it is being diluted in the ocean”.

Some of the radiation is very likely to be from fukus-shima. but the latest stuff is from the wipp plant in new mexico blowing up at least 3 times in feb march and april of this year. the same year that fukus-shima radiation has reached the mainland from the sea. can you say plausible deniability? every time there has been a nuke disaster/obama-obummer has been off-continent somewhere down below the equator. tell me it aint so that he knows……
Yep, you can thank the Carlsbad, NM plant for releasing all of that radiation and doing nothing about it.
Don’t worry though, according to the MSM, nothing was really released, but the workers just can’t get inside to clean it up because it is still bad and dangerous. Makes perfect sense. I wonder if this was the same excuse TEPCO gave the people of Japan when the Fukushima plant exploded.
Pretty soon, we will all be having chronic nose bleeds. The wind these days feels abnormal to me, as sometimes I feel like my skin slightly stings or burns on those kinds of days, even when there’s no sun that day. It’s strange. I keep thinking radiation, but who knows what it could be.
