“Shallow” is the operative word here, because that indicates that it could be H.A.A.R.P. induced. A series of shallow quakes together them makes natural forces highly improbable. The fact of them all being in a row is even more suspicious (unless that row happens to be a fault line), but to see them lining up in a grid is just too human.
My guess is that they’re using H.A.A.R.P. to try and kick off “the big one” that California has been expecting for decades. I hope it knocks off a lot of wetbacks, and useless movie stars, too.
