Our internet is up and there will be a broadcast of The Word From the Trenches today.
Our modem now shows no light on the internet, which means no service, f-ked up or otherwise is coming into the house.
However as you can see the wifi hotspot is working longer into the day before it slows down to the point where we can load nothing, as more and more people are being hooked into the new system, which we never gave consent for but is being rammed down our f-king throat… for free… double the price. Internet still down. Yesterday’s lie was that it would be up at 8:00 this morning.
8:30 am: Here is the new lie: “An outage has been reported in your area. Our technicians are looking into it, and we hope to have the issue resolved soon.”

There will be no broadcast of The Word From the Trenches today as the internet is still out.
I have talked to a technician I know and it seems the only people who have Centurylink internet in this town are the businesses and the Californians who have gotten the new upgrade. So I guess we are going to have to get the new upgrade, which is exactly how they got rid of the old dial-up, but hey, it will be fiber optics. Just think how much more spyware they can add. Our internet has been out since yesterday afternoon. Our Verizon mobile wi-fi, which is our back up, is running as slow as a sloth on Quaaludes.
We were able to get two posts up this morning before the wi-fi slowed down to the point that it would no longer allow us to go forward.
Putting up articles with the mobile wi-fi is impossible, we will be lucky if this notice goes up.
We are supposed to have our internet back at 4:00 this afternoon. If so we will get everything caught up then and tomorrow we will be contacting Verizon to praise their excellent service.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell appeared on Newsmax Tuesday afternoon for an interview about being kicked off Twitter. What followed, to paraphrase the tagline for Lindell’s company, cannot be advertised as the “most comfortable” interview you’ll ever watch.
Lindell, a self-made entrepreneur who has managed to position himself as a surrogate for former President Donald Trump’s attempts to overthrow the results of the election, hijacked the interview on the upstart conservative network to push his debunked conspiracy theories about the Dominion voting machines used in a number of states.
