Israeli soldiers invaded, on Wednesday morning, Jabal al-Baba Bedouin Palestinian community, southeast of occupied East Jerusalem, and demolished a kindergarten and a women’s center.

A doctor is under criminal investigation over a potential breach of Dutch euthanasia laws after slipping a sleeping drug into a woman’s coffee before asking family members to hold her down to allow the insertion of a drip through which a fatal dose could be administered.
The Dutch medical complaints board has reprimanded the doctor, who retired in after her treatment of the 74-year-old patient, who had been suffering from severe dementia. HONOLULU — Gov. David Ige is signing into law two bills that would tighten the state’s already strict gun regulations.

Donald Trump is expected to ask European countries at this week’s Nato summit, one of the most crucial and contentious in the history of the alliance, to step up and contribute more troops for the war in Afghanistan.
Other member states, already facing an onslaught from the US president over their shortfalls in defence spending, and facing the threat of funding cuts, are likely to acquiesce.
