Elkhart, IN — Deeply disturbing video was released recently of several Elkhart police department officers conducting what looks like a torture scene from a Hollywood movie. Sadly, however, this was non-fiction and the handcuffed victim receiving the beat down of his life was not an actor.
The release of the video prompted a response from the Elkhart mayor this week, who noted that “in hindsight” his police chief should’ve handed down a more severe punishment for the officers involved, instead of simply reprimanding them. Now, the two cops who are seen on video torturing the handcuffed man by repeatedly punching him in the face are facing criminal charges. Chino, CA — In a testament to the neglect and abuse suffered by inmates at the hands of police, a woman in Chino, California—in dire need of medical attention for a mental health problem—was ignored until she literally ripped out her own eyeball and swallowed it.
Every 15 minutes, for four hours straight, the woman had screaming fits which were ignored repeatedly. This neglect by jail staff was in spite of the fact that the woman was admitted and known to be ‘psychotic.’ Continue reading “Jail Guards Stand Idly By as Mentally Ill Woman Gouges Out Her Own Eye and SWALLOWS It”

Twitter has wiped thousands of ‘automated accounts’ that sought to discourage midterm voting, after Democrats raised concerns the electorate might fall for bogus appeals, like urging men not to vote to let women’s voices be heard.
Thousands of accounts have been removed from Twitter as they were deemed to have been engaged in “attempts to share disinformation in an automated fashion,” the social media company confirmed on Friday. Twitter did not name the exact number of suspended accounts but several reports suggested that it might amount to over 10,000. It’s election time again and that means that roughly 40 percent of eligible voters will rush to the polls to vote for the lesser of two evils who they think will implement their political will for the benefit of the citizenry. Politicians will be waving signs on street corners as Americans line up in elementary schools across the country to cast their vote—for freedom, or something like that. ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — A faith-based women’s homeless shelter in Anchorage is suing to block the city from requiring it to accept transgender women, which it said would violate its religious beliefs.
Lawyers for Alliance Defending Freedom filed a motion in federal court Thursday seeking an injunction to stop the city from applying its gender identity law to the Hope Center shelter in Anchorage. The conservative Christian law firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona, says homeless shelters are exempt from the local law, yet the city has used the law to “investigate, harass, and pressure” the downtown shelter.
