KINGMAN, Ariz. (INTELLIHUB) — Spokespeople for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) were shocked Wednesday, during their meeting, when activists converged on them with real questions, including ones about chemtrails and their effects on the human population. The meeting was reportedly set up as a smoke an mirrors spectacle by Sen. Kelli Ward, likely to sidetrack the public on geoengineering operations. However, the ADEQ found it tough to dodge real questions.
Activist Al DiCicco, who appeared in my documentary film SHADE the Motion Picture, asked, “Have you tested the rainwater? And if you haven’t, have you seen the results of our test?”. DiCicco went on to ask the ADEQ if it’s their responsibility to test the rainwater.
Luca Zanna, who also appeared in SHADE, later piped up, saying, “I’m talking about there is a real serious crisis, a health crisis […] There are at least 12 blood tests here […] that came back with very high levels of barium and some aluminum […] levels that go above 1000 percent. […] and we don’t no where this source is from, the barium.”

Senator Ward stated the meeting was a response to “relentless” communication from constituents who are concerned with vapor trails commonly called contrails or condensation trails. However, residents say the trails are not standard contrails but rather “chemtrails” being sprayed as part of a global program of weather manipulation. One resident claimed the difference between contrails and chemical trails is easy to spot because the contrails are short and dissipate quickly, while the chemtrails are long, dragged out, and criss-cross the sky.
Meeting attendees listed a variety of reasons they believe the government is spraying. These include poisoning of the food and people to manipulating the weather patterns. Senator Ward and the ADEQ representatives repeatedly told attendees that they have no jurisdiction over chemical spraying whether it was happening or not. In a video of the meeting the frustration from citizens is easily seen.

especially when it is caught on video and put on the internet. These tiny town hall and local meetings cannot anymore be something only those in attendance get to see and hear. The audience is much larger than will fit in that small room.
So the problem is geoengineering poisoning people and the planet, the people have just spent 1 hour and 50 minutes talking about chemtrailing and the toxic metals and chemicals being dispersed by chemtrailing, and their government representative tells them that they can’t make complaints specifically about chemtrailing. What’s the next step people?
Shoot the sons of bitches is the only recourse we have at this point. You will not be able to change anything at the voting booth or a court of law. The only thing that will change their minds is lead flying at them!
The citizen at 1:18:18 said it all. And Kelli-with-an-i-because-i-care-about-the-people-Ward never responded to her. Earlier in the discussion Ward lied and said that AZ had no jurisdiction because the stuff is coming from planes. Ward is either incompetent or in on it. Unmarked planes spraying poison on our people, plants, animals, and soil is an act of war.
Notice how at the end Ward had everyone “make nice” by saying the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag with the gold fringe on it? Ha.

Senator Kelli Ward and the representatives from the AZ Dept of Env Qual were slayed. I have never seen a public meeting where the government representatives were made to look so utterly, completely, abysmally, ignorant. Wow.
What is being done to us in the name planet cooling, is really slow genocide. The company that manufactures the microelectricmechanical sensors (MEMS) that cause Morgellan’s Syndrome is Ensco, Inc, Falls Church, VA. Ensco is embedded into the US government contracting apparatus through it’s avionics, rail, and Oil & Gas division. They split into divisions in 2012 – probably because they realized that their avionics division is going to be part of the largest class action lawsuit in US history.
The FAA’s Air Traffic Control Center representative told me that once a plane takes off, they have no idea where it is. Yea, sure. I found out that Ensco is in the middle of completing a contractual overhaul of the FAA’s Air Traffic Control center’s plane transponder communication system. I also found out that planes flying under 18,000 feet do not have to file flight plans. Those above, file flight plans that are managed by none other than: Lockheed Martin.
And then there’s the EPA that the ADEQ representative wanted everyone to complain to so loudly. I did what she recommends a couple of nights ago. It’s a joke. They flat out tell you that you can file a complaint, but you can’t call in later to find out what it’s status. They require your contact information so that they can call you if and when they feel like it.
But you know what the bigger joke is? The entire convoluted EPA hotline system (five of their categories apply to this issue) is run by a company called Booze Allen Hamilton (BAH). Sound familiar? Sound like Snowden? BAH is owned by The Carlyle Group (the same company that now owns the billions of dollars worth of the semiconductor manufacturing patent that the four dead (?) scientists on flight MH370 used to own at Carlyle’s company Freescale Semiconductor in Austin, TX. This is the same co which built some of the first MEMS on the market for cars when it was a division of Motorola). Do I need to say, “government contract” again?
Then I went to the GAO Inspector General to file a complaint because none of their Geoengineering assessments even mention people (you know, humans). I found out that their whistleblower hotline is managed by Navex Global – which is in turn run by a CEO with a 22 year history at JP Morgan Chase. I couldn’t get more than that easily… and GAO has not responded, yet.
Anyone noticing a trend here?
