Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court provided the most recent signal that it’s rethinking the doctrine of qualified immunity — a rule the Court created in 1982 to shield government workers from constitutional accountability. The case, McCoy v. Alamu, was filed by a Texas prisoner named Prince McCoy. Four years ago, a prison guard pepper-sprayed McCoy for no reason. The officer was agitated with another prisoner, who had twice thrown water at him. But because this other prisoner was out of reach, the guard took it out on McCoy, an innocent — and asthmatic — inmate. Video taken after the incident shows McCoy pacing his cell, unable to breathe. The Los Angeles school district is launching a Microsoft-developed a COVID-tracking app for children, which allows students to schedule and view the results of COVID tests, post the results of off-campus COVID tests, and schedule vaccinations.

According to a promotional video, however, “the real magic is your daily health check,” where students answer a questionnaire about whether they have any symptoms – after which the “Daily Pass” app will issue the child a scannable QR code to be scanned by a staff member, who will also take the child’s temperature. The World Economic Forum has told us that at the End of the Great Reset in 2030 “you will own nothing but you will be happy.” Translation: we will not own our homes and our cars because we will lease them. A spokeswoman said “we won’t even own our clothes. (We will lease them from billionaires.) Sounds like they want to take everything from us so we will be too impoverished to resist when they cull the herds killing Commoners by the Billions. It’s open season on gun owners in America!

As we learned from his press release last weekend, Joe Biden is 100% committed to banning the possession of the AR-15 and hundreds of similar rifles in America, as well as the magazines that are needed to run them.

But he’s also determined to create a list of every single gun owner in America, using ‘Universal Background Checks’ as the foil to get it done. Continue reading “National Gun Registry to Be Introduced in Congress Next Month”

So much for President Biden’s call for “unity” as a mob of Antifa rioters (who as a reminder do not exist in reality as Biden previously noted that is “just an idea”) ran wild through the Pearl District of Portland on Saturday night, vandalizing buildings and spray painting anti-police messages.

Around 2100 PT Saturday night, Portland Police Bureau dispatched officers to the pearl District of town, home to shops, restaurants, bars, and residential living.  Continue reading “‘Crazed’ Antifa Mob Target Portland Businesses As ‘Defunded’ Police Stretched Thin”

The Arctic blast and severe winter storms that pounded Texas weeks ago have claimed another victim as the credit crisis widens. Texas’s largest power cooperative filed for bankruptcy protection in federal court in Houston Monday, citing a $1.8 billion bill from the state’s grid operator, ERCOT, according to Reuters.

According to court documents, Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, the largest generation and transmission co-op in the Lone Star State, filed for Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. The company said it could not pay a $1.8 billion bill from ERCOT stemming from a severe cold snap last month. Since the George Floyd protests began last May, they morphed into a much broader movement which began exposing a problem this country has suffered from for a long time. The system of law enforcement in this country has morphed into a militarized standing army, preying on the poor, and rife with corruption. Naturally, people are pissed and this anger is finally morphing into solutions.

Unfortunately, much of the calls for change were washed away with the largely aimless “defund the police” campaign that provided lots of talking points but no tangible solutions. But the news is not all bad. Some lawmakers are moving forward with significant changes that will be magnitudes more effective than simply calling for “defunding the police.” Continue reading “Radical New Bill Forces Cops to Carry Personal Liability Insurance, Ends Qualified Immunity”

Lincoln County, NC — On Feb. 28, 2018, Jerry Baxter, a disabled Vietnam veteran was attacked by a gang in his own front yard. This gang held him down, cuffed him, choked him out, and beat him nearly to death. At the end of the beating, however, it was Baxter who ended up in jail, not the members of the gang. According to a lawsuit filed by Baxter this week, the reason for this egregious injustice is due to the fact the “gang was wearing badges and uniforms.” Continue reading “Cops Choke, Beat Elderly Disabled Veteran, Saying, ‘This is How They Taught Me in School’”

BEIJING/HONG KONG — When China convenes the most important event on its political calendar, the annual National People’s Congress, on March 5, it will approve a long-term plan spanning 15 years. The NPC — China’s parliament — will also move to quash any criticism of the Communist Party, weighing major electoral changes for Hong Kong to ensure that the territory is firmly under the control of Chinese “patriots.” Continue reading “China’s parliament readies road map to overtake US economy”
