CNN recently took a wrong turn while reporting on a giant hornet outbreak in China by putting Hong Kong on the map — in South America.
By the looks of things, someone at the network seemed to think that the vibrant Asian city was in or near Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
This isn’t the first time CNN has had geography challenges — the news network had trouble spelling “Winnipeg” during a report last October, getting it wrong twice onscreen.

And we wonder why all the libs are so screwed up.They believe everything they hear on these msm stations. CNN said it so it must be true. Didn’t you get the memo that they moved hong kong. Come on people wake up.
The lack of knowledge of geography among most Americans is sickening…even “Jeopardy!” contest winners have a hard time with geography questions!
