Constitutional Carry Bills Advancing from Coast-to-Coast

GOA News

The concept of “constitutional carry” is simple:  An individual’s ability to exercise his or her Second Amendment rights shouldn’t depend on a “permit” from the government.

Currently, there are six states that allow permitless carry throughout all or most of their jurisdictions.

This week in New Hampshire, the full Senate will be taking up SB 116, a constitutional carry bill which previously passed out of the Senate Judiciary Committee by a 3-1 vote.

New Hampshire activists can go here to take action and urge their Senators to support SB 116.

Also this week, the Montana House of Representatives will be taking up HB 298, a permitless carry bill that will allow law-abiding citizens to carry concealed, without a permit, inside city limits — the same as it has been outside city limits in Montana for more than two decades.

Montana activists can go here to take action and urge their Representatives to support several pro-gun bills, including HB 298.

  1. “An individual’s ability to exercise his or her Second Amendment rights shouldn’t depend on a “permit” from the government.”

    Absolutely correct because it doesn’t.

The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

    That was easy, wasn’t it?

  2. Good to hear. Wish Texas could do that. The bastards still only allow it if you have a permit. Screw them! My 2nd Article Right is my permit! 😡

  3. Wish all of the people in Arizona would get together in their town hall meetings and exercise their “constitutional carry” by pointing their guns at McCain, escorting him out into the desert and burying him in the ground up to his head while a crow pecks that bastard’s face to death.

If anyone complains, we’ll just say, “What? Crows have Rights too, ya know.” 😉

  4. Since when are my rights scaled down to the debatable dimension of a concept? My rights are not a “concept” or “idea” to be discussed in some kinda commie committee. Sounds like GOA need to deprogram themselves from the jewspeak a little more.
    Concept…..I got your fukkin concept.

  5. What permit?? Never heard of such a thing. Preposterous!! Must be some commie country some where proposing this kind of trash. 😯
