Charneshia Corley, 23, was pulled over for jumping a red light on June 21, 2015, when officers say they smelled marijuana in her car.

There then followed a 15-minute search during which she says a female officer told her to spread her legs so she could inspect it with a flashlight.

Now Corley, who is suing Harris County as a result of the incident, is demanding a special prosecutor be appointed to deal with the case, Chron reported.

‘If what those officers did to Miss Corley was not mistreatment – did not amount to rape – I don’t know what is,’ her lawyer, Sam Cammack, said at a press conference on Monday.

The video, taken by the officers’ dashcam and released by Cammack, shows Officer William Strong, 37, standing by Corley’s door while Officer Ronaldine Pierre, 34, pushes her to the ground.

Corley appears to be lying on her front with her head under the car and her feet in the air; at one point her underwear appears to be hanging from one foot.

The female officer is seen lifting her leg up and, it would appear, apart..

The officers did not find anything from the cavity search, but said they found 0.2 ounces of marijuana ‘on her person’.

At the end of the search Corley reportedly told police: ‘That was extreme, to pull my clothes down, in front of people.

‘People were watching – you didn’t see people walking around? … it’s not like I’m shooting away.’

‘It was a narcotics search, OK? And you did have narcotics on you,’ the deputy allegedly replied as she was taken to jail.

‘”It’s just one of those things. … If you had been honest from the beginning. … You escalated it. I gave you several outs.’

Pierre appears to smile at the camea as she returns to her vehicle

Both of the officers were cleared of charges of misdemeanor official oppression. That came on August 4, the day they were to go to trial. A grand jury also cleared them of wrongdoing.

Now Corley and Cammack are demanding the appointment of a special prosecutor, arguing that, in Cammack’s words, ‘There has been no material change of fact.’

Cammack also suggested that the District Attorney’s Office may be in cahoots with the County Attorney’s Office, which is representing the county in the lawsuit.

‘After we filed, we know there’s been conversations between the county attorney and the district attorney’s office,’ he said.

‘They even shared our depositions of Ms Corley with the district attorney’s office.’

Speaking in 2015, just two months after the incident, Corley told KTRK that the officer threatened to break her legs if she refused to spread them.

”I bend over and she proceeds to try to force her hand inside of me. I tell her, “Ma’am, No. You cannot do this,”‘ she said.

She added: ‘I feel like they sexually assaulted me, I really do. I feel disgusted, downgraded, humiliated.’

Strong and Pierre maintain that they did nothing wrong.

    1. Cop

Seems she delights in her torturous ways,
A job well done, an earning of pay
Obedient follower of edicts and orders
It’ll ALL catch up with her some day

A gross intrusion the other endured
A life-time memory sent right to her core
A walk through hell, a curse to undo
Pick up the pieces, proclaim, “No More!”
