The IRS is defending its decision to let illegal immigrants claim up to three years’ refunds on income even if they never paid income taxes, telling Congress in a new letter last week that agency lawyers have concluded getting a Social Security number triggers the ability to go back and ask for previous refunds.
President Obama’s new deportation amnesty could grant Social Security numbers to as many as 4 million illegal immigrants, making many of them eligible for tax refunds under the Earned Income Tax Credit even for years when they cheated on their taxes, by working off the books and not filing tax returns. The Trump Organization at one time planned to give Russian President Vladimir Putin a penthouse worth $50 million in the never-built Trump Tower Moscow, according to a new report.

So Trump is all set to do his ban on “bump stocks.” Let’s look at a few aspects of this:
1 – This is not being done by legislation. It is being unilaterally done, dictator-style, by just declaring bump-stocks to fit within the definition of what is already “illegal,” in direct contrast to the DOJ’s own prior interpretation of the law, going back for decades. In other words, Trump is declaring that what the ATF and DOJ thought the law meant before wasn’t authoritarian and controlling enough. Earlier this month a number of Jewish organisations in Argentina launched a petition against the former Pink Floyd front man after he participated in an event put on by the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, which seeks to pressure Israel to change its Palestinian policy.
Arthur Stark, Chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organisations, and Executive Vice Chairman Malcolm Hoenlein have been urging companies sponsoring rock legend Roger Waters’ scheduled Mexico tour to pull their support ‘in view of the hostile, bigoted, and anti-Semitic comments’ made by the musician ‘on numerous occasions’. A New York lawyer who was previously accused of participating in a $5 million corporate tax evasion scheme has now been found guilty on charges of asylum fraud.
Andreea Dumitru Parcalaboiu, who was charged with a range of crimes in association with her job as an immigration attorney, was found guilty on Nov. 19 of asylum fraud, making false statements to immigration authorities, and aggravated identity theft. A century after Nikola Tesla’s famous Wardenclyffe tower was dismantled, the legacy of the world’s greatest inventor lives on in the form of a new project which aims to develop wireless power transmission and a host of other communications and energy functions.

Salt Lake City, UT — “He’s got a gun!” and “He’s pointing, he’s pointing!” were two phrases Salt Lake City police officers shouted earlier this month before opening fire on a popular local rapper from Glendale, killing him. However, nearly 3 weeks after the shooting, police confirmed on Wednesday that there was no gun.
Also on Wednesday, police released the body camera footage from that night, showing officers opening fire on the unarmed Cody Belgard. What’s more, another video shows his girlfriend tell officers—before they shot him—that Belgard has no gun. Incoming House Judiciary Committee chair Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) revealed plans Tuesday to launch an investigation into the rise of “white nationalism” in the United States when Democrats take over the House of Representatives next year.
In a letter to Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, Nadler demands answers to questions the Democratic minority had submitted to the administration over the past two years but which, he says, the agencies had ignored. Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.), a leading member of the Senate Finance Committee, and a group of GOP allies are pushing President Trump to move a newly negotiated trade deal with Canada and Mexico through Congress before Democrats take over the House next year.

President Donald Trump is expected to announce that he will be signing a ban on bump stocks that gives Americans 90 days to hand them over or otherwise dispose of them.

Smithville, OH — A disturbing video shows the reality of what education in a police state looks like as a non-violent teen was tasered by school resource officer over an argument about a dress code violation.
According to Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Doug Huner, the teen was being non-compliant and refusing to obey officials in regard to a disciplinary issue. Migrants who came with the caravan are suffering from respiratory infections, tuberculosis, chickenpox and other serious health issues, Tijuana’s Health Department warned on Thursday morning.
