At around 1:30am my family and I were awaken by the sound of loud and aggressive banging at our front door. The Aggressive nature of the banging frightened us so I walked into the guest room that looks over the front of our house and was shocked when I saw 3 large Dekalb County Sheriff SUV’s with large flood lights pointed at our house and windows.
When i walked back into the hallway the person that was banging at the door started yelling “i saw yo’ ass open the door!” i responded “what is this about? why are you here?” the person then responded “I’m not telling you shit, what you think this is?” so at this point my brother woke up as well my mother. we all are petrified at the aggression coming from the sheriffs outside our door. We continue asking why they are here and they continue to refuse to tell us only occasionally saying “open the mother f#@king door nigga”
I call the police and tell the operator what is going on, and that I do not feel safe opening the door because they will not tell me why they are here and they are behaving extremely aggressive.
I specifically ask the operator if she would send the police captain to the scene to ensure that we would not be harmed when we open the door, she said ok.
I waited about another 20-25 minutes for police to show up. No police ever showed up.
My brother, mother and myself all went to the door and let the sheriffs know that we were going to open the door and come out.
My mother opens the door and steps out and says “I’m a Christian woman don’t hurt my family” she was immediately hand cuffed.
The remainder of the sheriffs then entered my house and attacked me and my brother. One of the sheriffs drew a weapon and struck me with it on the head.
As I am laying facedown on the floor I am repeatedly kicked in the head and back and one of the sheriffs stood on my head with both feet.
The other sheriffs at this point are attacking my brother and threatening to Taser him if he says anything else.
It this point both myself and my brother are both pleading with the sheriffs to stop and asking why are we being handcuffed.
The sheriffs that entered my house entered illegally, I found out after they left from a family friend that they were here on an arrest warrant for my mother.
If that is the reason they were here, once they arrested my mother when she was outside, they had no reason to enter my home.
They did not have a search warrant.
The events took place on the first level of my home.
Sheriffs illegally searched my entire house and removed items from my mothers purse which are now missing including $48.
the sheriffs also verbally berated myself and my brother calling us “big mother f#@kers, dumb asses, retarded niggers”
and verbally threatened us saying “i wish i could cane y’all asses”
When Sargent Magee was asked by a family friend why this happened he responded “we did this because they made a scene filming us.”
They don’t bother themselves to even pretend they’re obeying the law or the constitution. They just force their way into a home and steal and/or do whatever they want just like any other home-invading criminals. It’s only a matter of time before they start helping themselves to a piece of ass while they’re there. As soon as a few start getting away with it, the rapes will become routine too.
It’s time to mow ’em down.
Cops are well known to be theives and drug dealers/abusers, and even child molesters and rapists so I bet that they are already raping and molesting people during one of their home invasions.
First the Dekalb County Sheriffs Department needs to watch this about the USA ad ALL law enforcement since it seems to be at about the level of intelligence that they are currently at:

paying particular attention to 1:28. This will teach them in simple language exactly what law enforcrment can LAWFULLY do here in the USA.
Alabama Constitution which is Alabama’s highest law except where the US Constitution and all that is PURSUANCE thereof is supreme:
ARTICLE I, DECLARATION OF RIGHTS.SEC. 9. The people shall be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and possessions, from unreasonable seizures or searches; and no warrant to search any place, or to seize any person or thing, shall issue, without describing them as nearly as may be, nor without probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation.
SEC. 11. No person, shall be accused, arrested, or detained, except in cases ascertained by law, and according to the forms which the same has prescribed; and no person shall be punished, but in virtue of a law, established and promulgated prior to the offence, and legally applied.
SEC. 23. Every citizen has a right to bear arms in defence of himself and the State.
SEC. 30. This enumeration of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people: and, to guard against any encroachments on the rights herein retained, or any transgression of any of the high powers herein delegated, we declare, that every thing in this article is excepted out of the general powers of government, and shall forever remain inviolate; and that all laws contrary thereto, or to the following provisions, shall be void.

ARTICLE VI, GENERAL PROVISIONS, SEC. 1. The members of the General Assembly, and all officers, executive and judicial, before they enter on the execution of their respective offices, shall take the following oath or affirmation, to wit:
“I solemnly swear (or affirm, as the case may be) that I will support the Constitution of the United States, and Constitution of the State of Alabama, so long as I continue a citizen thereof, and that I will faithfully discharge, to the best of my abilities, the duties of ——– according to law: so help me God.”
Maybe after watching that cartoon they will understand the LAWFULLY required oath and that NOT keeping it means they no longer meet the requirements of the contract of the position they are currently occupying.

Question: If you were to yell back at the cops “I rigged this house to explode…take one more step and we all f#@king die!!!” do you think that it would at least make them back off out of fear for their safety?
Even if they turn it into a “seige” situation, at least you can at least now discuss things with the “negotiator” rather than just gettign beaten and robbed outright?
Then later on when you’re arrested and questioned as to why you “threatened the cops”, you can say “There was no bomb, but nothing else would make the arrogant f#@kers listen for 5 seconds! All I wanted to do was know why they were here and act like f#@king professionals. They were at the wrong place and I didn’t want to die by their stupidity before I even got a single word out”
Think it would work?
The police are NOT your friends and will NOT protect you. The internet is overflowing with sick, violent LEO’s abusing the citizens and stomping all over the Constitution. False accusations of “Obstruction of a police officer”. Total disregard of a person’s civil rights. It never ends. Only when citizens protect themselves with equal force will these bags of excrement cease their assault on law abiding citizens.
Al, if you call yourself a “citizen” you have not one thing to bitch about because you have identified yourself under the fraudulent unconstitutional 14th Amendment as a subject. Subjects have no rights. I, on the other hand, as an American national, have every right to not only bitch, but to make war upon this illegitimate insurgency.
When you say “law abiding citizen” what you are actually saying is, “infringement accepting subject.”
Kill the bastards and the judges who condone their crimes.
This is not only sad, but criminal. The actions of these officers are the reason why most people are afraid of the police. Not only should these officers be put in jail, they should also be ordered to pay punitive damages. Unfortunately it looks like the family is like most in this country who are trying to just make ends meet. Some lawyer should step up and take this case for free. For this to be happening in America in today’s world is appalling. On another not this is not even the first time that this police force officers have been repramanted for extremely excessive abuse. Beating up homeless people after they ask for help, which ended up in a financial settlement. Also the police force had a committee look into their severe amount of unarmed shootings which occurred in the back, but no one can testify because they were shot dead. I feel sorry for all in this county and hope the the sheriff and his deputies are charged and convicted of their unlawful entry and detainment of two innocent individuals. I say to those officers how bout you stop going after he easy targets and do some real police work. You should be ashamed of yourselves and have no business being in law enforcement
