Fresh fighting has erupted in eastern Ukraine, with the conflict continuing despite talk of a truce. The outskirts of the city of Donetsk, which has been one of the main battle zones, are coming under artillery fire. RT’s Paula Slier is one of the few international reporters at the scene.
