US Attorney General Eric Holder will attempt to establish lawful authority for the killing of US citizens. Holder will be speaking to a group at the Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago and is expected to address the killing of the US citizen, Anwar al-Awlaki, last September in Yemen by a joint CIA-US Military drone strike.
Holder will attempt to justify US government assassinations of US citizens in citing a September 18, 2001 joint congressional resolution that authorizes the use of all necessary force in order to prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the United States.
This is an example of how the intent of the one word “all” can be twisted to justify blatant violations of our Constitution which is the foundation of our law. Back in 2001, I’m sure everyone agreed that this “all” would never, as long as the grass grows and the water flows, include American nationals.
The Constitution is the supreme law of our land, “all” other laws notwithstanding. The assassination of American nationals without the benefit of trial is a violation of our law. Eric Holder knows this but I guess Operation Gunrunner and all the other operations involved therein should be proof enough that Eric Holder scoffs at our law.
What Holder is attempting to do is lay down a foundation to support future killings of US citizens, both overseas and right here at home. I know the idiots out there are going to say, “They wouldn’t do that.” Well they were never going to use drones on us either, were they? Now every police agency across the land is chomping at the bit to get their own. Again, I know what the stupid morons are saying, “They are only going to use them for surveillance.” Okay.
As this act of treason is being perpetrated, nine state’s Attorneys General are investigating the Obama Administration, saying it consists of the most criminals to infiltrate our government in our lifetime. Well duh.
Also today there were reports that a team of investigators, working for Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, have declared Obama’s birth certificate released by his administration last year to be a total fraud.
I guess it is plain to see why Eric Holder is making the case to start rubbing out Obama’s political enemies under the guise of US national security.

Like I told someone else, buy this man a ticket for Pakastan or Afganistan. He needs lessons on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I guess he is just going to get away with Fast and Furious.
