NPR – by EYDER PERALTAThe FBI on Wednesday released some preliminary findings in its investigation of the Washington Navy Yard shootings that left 13 people dead including the shooter.
Perhaps the most chilling piece of evidence released is security video that shows Aaron Alexis, 34, methodically moving through Building #197 armed with a sawed-off shotgun. During a press conference, Valerie Parlave, assistant director in charge of the FBI’s Washington Field Office, said he was shooting at random people. We’ll embed the video; it doesn’t show Alexis shooting, but be warned some may still find it very disturbing:
Also of note: investigators found “electronic media” in a backpack Alexis left inside a bathroom at the Navy Yard.
The FBI is still analyzing the documents, Parlave said, but there are clues Alexis was motivated by a belief that he was being attacked by electromagnetic waves.
The FBI explains in a press release:
“There are multiple indicators that Alexis held a delusional belief that he was being controlled or influenced by extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic waves. The etching of ‘My ELF weapon!’ on the left side of the receiver of the Remington 870 shotgun is believed to reference these electromagnetic waves. In addition, a document retrieved from his electronic media stated, ‘Ultra low frequency attack is what I’ve been subject to for the last 3 months, and to be perfectly honest that is what has driven me to this.’
“ELF technology was a legitimate program for naval sub-tonal submarine communications; however, conspiracy theories exist which misinterpret its application as the weaponization of remote neural frequencies for government monitoring and manipulation of unsuspecting citizens.”
Update at 2:21 p.m. ET. A Timeline:
The FBI also said that Alexis’ shotgun was etched with several phrases: “End to the torment!” and “Not what yall say!” and “Better off this way!” and “My ELF weapon.”
Investigators put together this timeline of the shootings:
- 7:53 a.m. – Alexis’ rental car, a blue Toyota Prius with New York plates, entered Parking Garage #28 at the Washington Navy Yard, located directly across from Building #197.
- 8:08 a.m. – Alexis exited Parking Garage #28 on foot carrying a backpack. Alexis entered Building #197 and proceeded to the elevator.
- 8:09 a.m. – Alexis exited the elevator on the fourth floor and entered the men’s bathroom carrying a backpack and a clipboard.
- 8:15 a.m. – Alexis crossed the hallway into the 4 West area of Building #197 with shotgun, but without the backpack or a clipboard.
- 8:16 a.m. – Alexis shot the first victim in the 4 West area of Building #197.
- 8:17 a.m. – First 911 call is received from the fourth floor of Building #197.
- 8:20 a.m. – Alexis left the fourth floor using the stairs and entered the third floor.
- 8:28 a.m. – Alexis appeared on the first floor.
- 8:57 a.m. – Alexis returned to the third floor.
- 9:25 a.m. – Law enforcement shoot and kill Alexis on the third floor.
Update at 2:26 p.m. ET. No Friendly Fire Suspected:
During the press conference, Parlave said that there is no indication at this point that any of the victims were killed by friendly fire.
Parlave also said that Alexis did not give anyone any hint that this attack was imminent.
Hmmm, they switched directors! This production was a LITTLE more convincing than the original but it still has serious issues. When did the shotgun become a SAWED OFF shotgun. Why is it the “security cameras” fail to capture a definitive facial shot?
They still cannot keep their stories straight!
Yeah, and why no conversation from any of the deads relatives on the MSM? You would think they would have something to say. Have they been told to keep their mouths shut?
Maybe they would loose benefits if they expressed their views?

I wonder why they never came up with even one video at all of Adam Lanza holding a weapon, or even being at Sandy Hook Elementary School, and they had a brand new surveillance system. Just that alone would have convince us that it even happened. Not to mention there has never been a police report released.

They cannot show Lanza entering Sandy Hook or walking its halls with their $300K security system because he wasn’t there & nobody died there.
Sandy Hook was theater designed to disarm us of the most effective tools to keep us from succumbing to a tyranny or genocide; our mil pattern rifles.
It failed wonderfully.
How many was he supposed to have shot, 13? A non-LE 870 holds 5 in the tube and one in the chamber. If this was “sawed-off” it would have started off as a hunting gun with a 28″ish barrel. These are all five in the tube.
They also said he had a couple of hand guns. Where are these, in the backpack that he is not carrying that was left on the 4th floor, the floor to which he never returned? Did he take these from a guard on the first floor?
Why do they only mention one victim?
Can anyone identify him with this camera footage?… He doesn’t seem to be too interested in that group of people at the end of the hall.

first off, love the beer. I think I will pick some up.
Second off, the average sheep will not think that deep into this. They see the video and accept the lie. The backpack being gone and the lack of handguns should wake everyone up. Also, they claim in the beginning was shooting down from above with a rifle. There is no way in hell a shotgun that short can inflict death from a great distance. He would have had to be alot closer. This is more BS.
I don’t believe the “official” story just thought I would share something about one of my favorite type of firearms.
Not to be someone to rain on anyone’s parade here but there are shotguns that can and do fire up to around 100yds very effectively. They are also very expensive. They can be made from the remington 870 or mossberg 590 more possibly I suppose but those are prefered. Vang comp is the system that creates a permanent choke at the end of the barrel allowing the use of both slugs and buck shot with the help of ghost ring sights this helps to create a better grouping so you can reach out and touch someone from a distance.

You got something there. I rebuild Rem 870’s. Looking at above photo, lots of info is wrong about “sawed off”:
1. stock appears “pistol grip”; sawing Rem870 stock at the pistol grip juncture would cut the stock bolt allowing stock to release from receiver; could glue or tape grip, but wouldn’t last long. Pistol grips for Rem870 are sold at most sporting goods stores.
2. Extended mag tube; standard issue with Rem870 “Home Defender” model, no need to saw barrel off. If after market tube was used, barrel could be shortened with a hacksaw. NOTE: I enlarged the photo & cleaned it a bit. I noted a distinctive hump, top front of barrel indicating a sight, hence not “sawed off”. After market extended mag tubes can be bought at most sporting goods stores.
I see nothing to indicate to lay credence to putting a firearm together in the restroom. I see nothing to indicate weapon as being “sawed off”. With just the pictures & descriptions being so inaccurate, I still don’t know what really happened at NAVSEA. MSM & FBI won’t put out factual information but chooses to lie, I see the whole thing as being a staged incident. One thing for sure; LIES by all concerned.
If they showed us a clip or two of Adam Lanza in Sandy Hook using the $300k school security cams I might believe that fable.
Until then, I’ll consider it theater designed to render us disarmed of our most potent weapons of defense; our mil pattern rifles.

This is how I imagine this all going down. There are many flaws on this footage and one that is just screaming at me. I work in high technology and install some pretty heavy camera systems in addition to other related tasks such as coding and hardware. My guess would be the systems on a Navy Base would be far greater than even the stuff I have installed at Federal Courthouses in a previous life. These systems all do one critical thing that is impossible to fake or shut off; they keep a time and date stamp on ALL the footage from ALL the cameras.
Regardless of the other flaws, this one pretty much nullifies the entire stack of shit. No codes is the same as not real. With no possible way to verify that first, anything else you analyze is fvcking pointless.
Was that the new “AR15 shotgun” CNN told us about?
The footage of Alexis entering the building seems to be heavily doctored. But then I’m no video expert. If you have a mat on the floor that says NAVS on it, shouldn’t the reflection in the glass read upside down and backwards? The more I look at it the more it doesn’t look right.
I also agree with one of the commenters above, that’s a pistol grip shotgun he is carrying and not a shoulder stock shotgun.
I guess he decided to take Joe Bidens advice and use a shotgun.
What I didn’t see was any footage of him actually discharging the shotgun.
Oh I figured it out. That’s not footage of Alexis entering the building, that’s footage of Alexis and someone else leaving the building.
That’s why the mats are where they are… most business buildings you enter have the mats on the inside…not the outside.
What looks like a reflection of the street in the glass is actually the street through the glass.
Now why would they show Alexis leaving the building and claim he is entering the building?
And it still doesn’t explain why the reflection of the mat isn’t upside down and backwards the way it should be. Or maybe it is.

IF anyone actually WAS killed there, that is. That’s still highly debatable, imo.
Yes, #1, microbiologists seem to be “dropping like flies”. The shooting at the mall in Africa just happened to have another prominent bio-weapons expert killed. Leads me to believe part of their depopulation plan includes a pandemic that the elite, of course, will be vaccinated against. What worries me is biological weapons can mutate and that the people killing off these experts refuse to heed the warnings.

Wow this proves that a black guy walked around a building with a shotgun.
I don’t see how any of this can prove that a shooting at the Navy yard took place or that it was at the Navy yard or that this was Alexis or that this wasn’t a clip from a movie or anything. The black guy could be any of a million black guys in the world. I don’t even know if this was even taken in this country. And if he was so crazy, then why was he hiding from the people down the hall rather than shoot them?
This footage is completely useless. It shows absolutely nothing. A third grader could have made this.
