And if your heart starts beating too quickly, your car sends a signal to Homeland Security who immediately surrounds your car with guns drawn because you’re obviously a terrorist or criminal.
Drive your new car off a cliff, Ford. I wouldn’t take it for free.
It wouldn’t surprise me at all if it had the ability to stop a person’s heart. Now if that isn’t a convenient way for the government to off a person and get away with it, I don’t know what is.
And by the way, ford didn’t “invent” anything here. They just took some old heart monitoring equipment and stuffed it into a car seat so they’d have more information to send to the NSA
This device can probably also be used as a lie detector when you’re pulled over….but make no mistake; it’s certainly not there for your benefit, even though that’s how they’ll sell it.
Remembering some of the fun stuff that young couples could do while being lovingly embraced in the driver’s seat of a car… while driving or parked. This gadget would have been a nuisance alarm, unless it is inactivated when the engine is turned off. However, if a person has a heart attack before they start the engine or, after they turn the engine off, then it won’t work anyway.
Of all the gadgets I would like to have in my car… this isn’t one of them. What’s next Ford, an auto-inserted anal probe when you sit on the seat?
