DownTrend – by Robert GehlAccording to Las Vegas ABC affiliate, Nevada Sen. Harry Reid’s brother, Larry Reid, was arrested for drunk driving, battery of a police officer, and possession of a gun while under the influence.
The 73-year-old was arrested near Boulder City, Nev.
“It is a private matter,” Sen. Reid’s office said when asked about his brother’s arrest.
About 12:40 p.m. on Monday, the Senator’s brother was stopped on Interstate 95 between Boulder City and Searchlight. He was also charged with resisting arrest, not wearing a seat belt and driving across a median.
At the age of 73 I look forward to seeing him die behind bars. Possession of a gun while drunk driving and then assaults the cops is a pretty serious charge. Sounds like at least 5 years to me.
Im sure he is already home and getting ready to lick a boot.

Let me guess the first words out of big Larry’s mouth, “Do you know who I am?” And then the cop said, “No, am I supposed to?”

How dare that pig touch a member of the upper class? Now how many cops took a lesson from this? I’ll bet he walks.
I bet Harry Reid doesn’t do a damn thing to help his brother. Really his brother should just take the consequences like anyone else. But if Harry wanted to he could get his brother off.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it was Harrys brother that gave him the pirate patch over his eye.

Sure….Harry. Sure…. When it involves your brother, it’s a “private matter”, but when it involves the American people, then “this is not over. We can’t have people going around breaking the law”.

Harry should send his brother on a hunting trip with Cheney.
