Here are some pictures of the Federal Gov’t helicopter that’s flying over Baltimore today and tomorrow doing research on “background radiation”. You can see the detection pods on the side of the chopper.

The story says that they would be flying about 150 ft off the ground… I’d say they were spot on. These pictures are from the east side of Baltimore. The helicopter was flying a west to east (turn around) and then fly east to west grid, from the south to the north – each pass about one block further north that the last pass.
