Ok, why did the guy with the gun not shoot the guy in the car when the guy in the car first stuck his hand out the window to block him or when he pulled out the gun in his car? Sorry. Not quite buying it. Especially when the footage cuts just before that point.
looks like a sting operation to me for the cops to set up somebody and then shoot them, Perhaps a training excercise maybe where some cop has tto shoot somebody maybe?
