How can Michelle Obama justify her racial implications toward white people when she was giving her speech to graduating seniors in Topeka Kansas last week. Lately First Lady Michelle Obama seems to be going from one rant about racism to another. In Michelle Obama’s recent speech to High School seniors graduating in Topeka, Kansas, she urged students to “monitor their own family members for racial intolerance.”
“Our laws may no longer separate us based on our skin color, but nothing in the Constitution says we have to eat together in the lunchroom, or live together in the same neighborhoods,” Michelle told the graduating class, “There’s no court case against believing in stereotypes or thinking that certain kinds of hateful jokes or comments are funny.”
She then encouraged to “drag” their parents and grandparents down the “path of racial tolerance.”
At 14:28 into this video Michelle Obama makes this statement, “Maybe that starts simply in your own family,” Michelle said, “”When grandpa tells that off-colored joke at Thanksgiving, or you’ve got an aunt [that] talks about ‘those people.’
Or maybe it’s when you go off to college and you decided to join a sorority or fraternity, and you ask the question, how can we get more diversity in our next pledge class? Or maybe it’s years from now, when you’re on the job and you’re the one who asks, do we really have all the voices and viewpoints we need at this table?”
Is this really how the Obama’s view America? Does Michelle Obama really think the average American family sit around their thanksgiving table telling racial jokes at dinner? Is it any wonder Black kids are playing he knockout game. Is this what they are being taught, that white people sit around Thanksgiving dinner telling racial jokes?
America should resent the implications Michelle Obama made in her Topeka Kansas speech. This is more sterotyping from the leaders of this country. The First Lady is leading by example, she is sterotyping people based on race, isn’t this racism?
Who is the real racist here? Was Michelle’s speech appropriate for a high school graduation?
I wish someone would stick a dirty sock in Michelle’s mouth and fix it there in such a way that it could not be removed.
