Food Freedom USA – by Andrew Mastrocola
When an administrative rule or legislative statute is repugnant to your God given Constitutional rights, as recognized under both the Constitutions of your State and Federal Governments, you must act in a timely manner to stop these unconstitutional Acts of abusive government agencies and their agents.
Baker’s Green Acres family farm in rural Michigan, has been under duress, because of a state of Michigan declaratory ruling stating that the breed of hogs they are raising are a threat to neighboring croplands. In truth, the Big Pork Industry has been planning this campaign to take down all family farms with hopes to eventually seize complete control of the American Food Supply. So when your freedom and liberty are threatened what do you do? You turn to your local Sheriff’s Office to protect you and your family. But instead of the Sheriff doing his obliged duty he turns a blind eye to the oppressive domestic enemy attacking this U.S. Veteran and his family.
Mission Statement of the Missaukee, Michigan County Sheriffs Office
It is the mission of the Missaukee County Sheriff’s Office to assist the people of Missaukee County in the mutual desire for a safe and secure community through our dedication to providing law enforcement, correctional, and related services at the highest possible standards, while respecting the rights of all people.
Why would a county sheriff not defend the people of their county? This is just the case in Missaukee County Michigan. Baker’s Green Acres has been threatened with excessive force by the Michigan DNR. In response to the leaked USDA memo the Baker family had asked their local county sheriff, Sheriff James D. Bosscher, to protect them from a militarized domestic enemy, the Michigan DNR. The county sheriff is the last line of defense when it comes to upholding and defending the Constitution. The sheriff’s duties and obligations go far beyond writing tickets, arresting criminals and operating jails. The county sheriff also has an obligation to protect the Constitutional rights of the citizens in his or her jurisdiction. This includes the right to free speech, the right to assemble, the right to bear arms, the right to feed your fellow man, and the right to be secure in and on your property from enemies both foreign and domestic.
Remember the sacred oath of office. The sheriff takes an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, from enemies both foreign and domestic.
James D. Bosscher, Sheriff of Missaukee County in Michigan has declined to do what he supposedly swore an oath to do in the case of the Baker family. So why does Sheriff Bosscher refuse to give the Baker family their just protection they are due under the U.S. Constitution?
All actions by Government agents should conform strictly and implicitly with the principles expressed within the United States Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights. Does Sheriff Bosscher, just not care about these founding documents that he swore an oath to uphold and defend against all enemies both foreign and domestic? Or is the Sheriff’s Office in Missaukee County subservient to the Michigan DNR and not the constituents of Missaukee County? Has Sheriff Bosscher sold his soul and his office to fascist corporations? Is the Missaukee County Sheriff’s Office going to assist the Michigan DNR if they plan to go ahead with a ‘Ruby Ridge’ style siege on the Baker family? One can only assume they are prepared to do just that, since Sheriff Bosscher has turned his back on Mark Baker’s pleas for protection.
There is no greater obligation or responsibility of any government officer than to protect the rights of the people. Thus, any conduct contrary to the United States Constitution, Declaration of Independence, or the Bill of Rights should be dealt with as criminal activity. If the Sheriff refuses to protect the Baker family from an overreaching government agency they are then complicit and violating the oath of office. Does violating his sworn oath of office and refusing to give the Baker’s the Constitutionally guaranteed protections of your Office seem criminal to you in any way?
In the history of our world, it is government tyranny that has violated the freedoms granted to us by our Creator more than any other. And it is the duty of the sheriff to protect their counties from those that would take away our freedoms, both foreign AND domestic – whether it is a terrorist from Yemen or a bureaucrat from Washington, DC.
A family farm in rural Michigan may be shut down by a Government Entity who has passed a law stating that the breed of hogs they are raising are a threat to neighboring croplands. In truth, the Big Pork Industry has been planning this campaign to take down all family farms with hopes to eventually seize complete control of the American Food Supply.
“the pork industry in Michigan
is mainly looking to put heritage breed hog farmers out
of business’ ……… ‘the industry and DNR are looking to
scare people by saying “feral pigs” will spread disease.
Under the declaratory ruling any heritage pig raised out-
doors can be found to be feral.”

Michigan’s Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is in bed with Monsanto just as they are also with the Michigan Pork Producers Association. What everyone needs to do is find out what companies and stores are now doing business with Michigan Pork Producers Association and stop buying their pork. Let everyone know they are eating Monsanto’s poison diseased pigs and people need to boycott them.
The Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund (FTCLDF) is a 501 (c) (4) non-profit organization made up of farmers and consumers joining together and pooling resources to:
Protect the constitutional right of the nation’s family farms to provide processed and unprocessed farm foods directly to consumers through any legal means.
Protect the constitutional right of consumers to obtain unprocessed and processed farm foods directly from family farms.
Protect the nation’s family farms from harassment by federal, state, and local government interference with food production and on-farm food processing.
FTCLDF has stepped up to the plate and is assisting the Baker family, but with the tough economic times the FTCLDF can use your help too continue defending what should not have to be defended at all in these United States of America, the freedom to farm and chose what you consume. Please make a donation to the FTCLDF if you can.
“Our farm is basically embargoed. We can raise all the pigs we want, but can not move them out to our market. That cuts off cash flow, effectively starving the farm financially and the pigs practically.” – Jill Baker
The Baker Family website is www.bakersgreenacres.com Please join in their fight.
Editors note: Sheriff Bosscher was contacted via phone and email to comment on this article. No reply was given by him or his office, which makes this Sheriff complicit in assisting the Michigan DNR, Monsanto, and the Michigan Pork Producers Association, in their fascist efforts to destroy the family farm of Mark and Jill Baker and their eight wonderful children. This refusal to protect this family makes Sheriff Bosscher derelict in his sworn duty and he should either, resign, face a recall, or hopefully face a pro-constitutional opponent in the next Missaukee county election for sheriff.

Baker’s Green Acres could be the location
of the next “Shot Heard Around The World”
there should be a wall of patriots and citizens blocking anything from getting 4 miles from this farm..
I’ve heard Mark Koernke talk about this. If Baker’s Green Acres runs out of options I would encourage him to just turn a bunch of those hybrids into the woods. In Texas, hogs can be hunted without a license because, among other things, they reduce the deer population by eating their food supply; hogs are now so plentiful that there’s no reason to be without free meat down here all year round. Maybe that’s what the state of MI is afraid of! All about hunting $.
That is right John, good one for sure 😉
Sure would be nice to see someone turn him into a ‘hole-y’ sheriff.
Swiss cheese style.
