Mozilla / Firefox goes all in for EVIL… pushes corporate news collusion to silence independent media

Natural News – by Mike Adams

Remember the day you found out Google was steeped in pure evil? So you sought out a different browser to escape the evil overlords that run Chrome.

Many of us sought out Firefox from Mozilla, an organization with a strong history supporting free speech and open access to information.

But now Mozilla has joined the dark side. They’re jumping in bed with pure evil, pushing an “Information Trust Initiative” that would block independent media sources at the browser level while favoring corporate media giants like CNN, a cesspool of deliberately fake news.

Surprised? You shouldn’t be. The Mozilla Foundation also pushed for so-called “net neutrality,” a total sham agenda that the tech giants was crucial to make sure you would never be blocked from the information sources you wanted to visit. But today, it’s abundantly clear that tech giants simply de-platform anyone they want, instantly blocking that channel from all users, all while making a mockery of their “net neutrality” plea.

So which browsers are better alternatives? There are at least two good ones to check out right now:

BRAVE – Run by a pro-freedom group that supports small, independent publishers (and even has a mechanism for micropayments).

Vivaldi – Run by a small, independent group with no ties to deep state funding or the NSA.

It’s time to dump Firefox. Like all the other tech giants, Mozilla is going to abuse and exploit its position of market dominance to control what you read, watch and hear. That’s pure evil, and it’s the kind of evil we’ve all now come to expect from Google, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook. Now you can add Mozilla to that list.

  2. would you trenchers be so kind to help me out on this one. i am the dumbest when it comes to computer stuff. are there any other browsers to choose from? currently i have firefox.

  3. Go ahead and use Brave, but, over time, and after a lot of updates (you have no choice on updating, it is forced on you) and not being able to download videos you might want to download, and after it hangs up on you for the umpteenth time–and you cannot scroll properly, and cannot use certain comment platforms, I decided to delete Brave once and for all.

The straw that broke the camel’s back was when an update would NOT allow me to comment on FTTWR! After that, I deleted Brave.

And another thing–Brave is based on CHROMIUM! That is, GOOGLE CHROME! (And so is Vivaldi). They are more private, but they are also more headache!

As a Brave user for about a year before I deleted it (I will NOT put up with a browser that won’t let me comment here!), I know what I am talking about.

      1. I went to the Brave Community site (using chrome I think) and supposedly they are trying to upgrade Brave (they are fully aware of the issues I mentioned which affect a lot of people apparently…from the comments it looks as if a lot of the issues are with folks using Windows 7 SP1 as I do) Supposedly by October or November they think they will have the upgrade that might not be based on Chromium engine, but something else (but not Firefox’s Quantum engine). When they upgrade I will again try using it (I get notifications by e-mail since I still have an account with them). If you have Windows 8 or 10 or a Mac or another device it might work better for you. Actually, Brave really is the best option right now, but for many things like commenting here, I simply cannot use it right now. If you want to try it, do so. It might work better for you than it does for me.
